All went well with exception of room cards

My kids love Holiday Inn Express and the breakfast—- this one was no different. As photos show, rooms and breakfast area are a bit small, same with the pool, compared to most we’ve stayed in previously. Check in/out was easy. Rooms were clean. Maids were friendly and helpful. Room keys were a problem for us every day, and heard from others on our floor —-I hope this can be fixed. Front desk replaced the cards immediately and were helpful in that sense

The room was nice but I did have some issues with the AC. The temperature was low but I felt like it wasn't cooling down the room. The TV remote also wasn't working well, I ended up downloading the app so I could control it better. Overall I did have a pleasant stay

The only thing that was a downside was the indoor pool, it is advertised as heated but it was not, though I understand that it is the beginning of August , I still was hoping to get into the pool in the evening but the water was not warm. No big deal anyway, we still like the hotel and the food!
