A great place to stay. Very close to Watford junction station and the town centre. The staff are excellent - very friendly and helpful. Food available in the hotel is great. Hotel parking is also excellent.

Room was very basic, bathroom very mouldy, rusty taps. Shower head attachments broken off. Door handle not secure, had to put towels behind door and prop with ironing board overnight. Catering staff unfortunately did not understand food allergy/cross contamination. Very disappointing experience. Will definitely not stay or recommend hotel to anyone.

The rooms were lovely, very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Great location for access to the railway station. The only downside was that check-in was at 2, but one of our rooms wasn't ready until 2.45, so we had to wait around for a while.
