"We paid for ocean view, but our room was right behind a staircase so we could barely see from our room. The pool looked OK. The fridge didn't get below 50°, coffee pot didn't work, no hair dryer, low water pressure, noisy area, and small thin towels. I will try a different place next visit."

"The view n balcony were superb as were the queen beds. The A/C worked well. As for the negative I paid thru you then they charged me again at ck in. Have to wait 5-10 days for reimbursement after ck out. There were bugs in the room n I had to buy a broom to keep floors swept from sand, we only tracked in with r tennis shoe. There was no soap, it’s good I brought my own."

"The beach view was excellent! That was the best thing about the property. The hotel needs a lot of renovations. We were told that housekeeping would service our room after 2 days, but they did not. I had to go down to the front desk to request service and even then, when housekeeping came to our room, they were only going to give us clean towels. I had to ASK them to service our room. Again, the view was excellent, but this hotel definitely needs some interior painting, new interior doors, and other renovations."
