The customer service at this location was horrible. The location was great right across the street from a beach. The hotel was clean. The room was nice and clean, but the staff was horrible.

Was not told that there was complementary fresh coffee in the morning and instead given 2 Kcup pods for my coffee maker in my room. Would’ve been nice if she had greeted me and told me about the fresh Complementary coffee. The bathroom plug-in didn’t work for my Small plug-in nightlight. The shower was wonderful and the view from our room was wonderful.

This hotel is really a hidden gem. We checked in with Mary and she was so kind. After the second day, she sent an automated text to check on the progression of our stay. Breakfast is complementary but double check as I’m not sure all rooms include this. There is a nice selection of breakfast options and the gentleman is so friendly. The hotel isn’t “beachfront”… Some levels you can see some of the beach but to get to the beach it’s a short walk. Room was comfortable size with some rooms, including a balcony. My only concern is that the beds are not clean properly and my pillow had a bodily fluid stain! When the housekeeper came, she didn’t speak English so we use Google translate to tell her she seems startled took the pillow and returned with a new pillowcase but still with bodily fluid stains on it. Overall good stay but beds are dirty.

My husband and I stayed here 2/25/26 until 2/27/26 and I have to say that I am underwhelmed and dissapointed in our experience. I specifically booked a Hilton expecting to have an outstanding stay, but it was far from excellent… cheaper, lower rating hotels offer a better deal than this. They charge everything separately: parking, breakfast and even the water that they leave for you in the room. We came downstairs to eat breakfast expecting to see the buffet and were confused as we didn’t see anything set up. It turns out it’s à la carte, limiting your options to choosing one item from their little menu. The waiter/breakfast attendant was rude and condescending. As for the amenities and the room, everything was in excellent condition and clean. Except for the broken hair dryer.
