One elevator out of two was out of commission and caused multiple delays and back ups at the one working elevator- wasted time standing around waiting with other patrons at elevator which a few times went up and down one floor and up again before coming to my 3rd floor and on 1st floor - ice machine inoperative on my floor as well - found a fingernail and other small trash in room - flat sheet did not stay On the mattress

Make sure both elevators are working properly. Also the wait time for an elevator is long. I also didn’t know my room would be 2 queen beds and not just a king until I got there. It’s understandable but I wish I knew sooner

Although it was a little challenging due to the elevator being down and one, totally out of service, the staff really made a difference, especially the ladies at the bistro, specifically Rhea and team. I will definitely return in the future due to the service I received from the team and the convenience for shopping and dining.

This hotel was wonderful for the price other than two things… only one elevator was working (we stayed 4 nights) and the pool was extremely cold. It is near a shopping area with lots of dining and shopping walkable. We did a boat tour right behind it actually and saw dolphins at sunset. I would rate it at eight or nine out 10. One elevator went down only leaving one for the entire hotel as well as 2 of the 3 ice makers were down. As a person with mobility issues and using a wheelchair the elevator issues were huge for me.
