Property was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. Heated floors in bathroom was a nice surprise touch. Highly recommend and will stay again. A little pricy for the size of the room, but overall very happy with my stay

This was a great place and the location was amazing. The kitchen had stove,microwave,fridge, even dishwasher! Bathroom had heated floors! Large windows for lots of light in the entire place! Its a gem hidden in plain sight. Easy to miss, which is part of the charm that it blended in so well. Modern accommodations in this historic town. Easy in and out. Accessibility to the water front or to the Metro by the Free trolly or close enough to walk. King Street is full of delightful store and friendly people and it looks amazing all lit up at night! The Kasa has its own private courtyard too for nights under the lights or early morning coffee. This was a great find!

No one ever sent the code to get into the door, we had to wait for over an hour for someone to finally send the form to upload my license so we could access the property. This was really frustrating. It was very cold in the room, the floor heaters in the bathroom didn't function and the shower had very limited water pressure. Overall, not a great experience. Location was good though. But not worth the price.

The heater in the room was not working. Fortunately there was an electric burner that i was able to use as substitute. I selected this hotel because it seemed quaint eventhough there were other hotels available with similar rates and location. In hinfsight, ibwill stick to establishments with onsite personnel. The customer serviice solution was to offer me a full refund and i van find someplace else to stay. Mind you it was 10pm New Years Eve 30degrees outside. The room itself was very nice, but health and wellness matter more to me. Thank you to the remote customer service person who responded but couldnt help.

The location was absolutely perfect for my needs. I travel here for work, and it's conveniently a 5-minute walk to my office in Old Town. The space was clean, quiet, and made my business trip very stress-free. I would definitely stay here again.

Fancy recently remodeled modern design but some common pains of an old building. Door console to enter the property was broken. Initial room's bed was broken and there's no onsite maintenance. After some prodding they moved me to another room. Being right in downtown is convenient but don't bring a car. Parking rates locally are awful.

We loved our stay here. It is right on King Street. It is about a 15 minute walk from the Amtrak station. We entered the building with a code and used the same one for our room. The room was big. There is a kitchen with a table for two. There is a dishwasher, sink, fridge, microwave and stove. There is also a sink. The bathroom is the latest style and a heated floor. Our bed was comfortable and looked out over the courtyard.
