The staff is the best part of this hotel. It is an older building so there are some smells and creaks that come with an old building. But their emphasis on customer service and cleanliness made this an extremely pleasant stay.

The room was adequate; the staff very courteous but no elevator access. It was interesting that neighbouring hotels had no residual issues from the recent power outage... they all had elevator service.

No elevator. Room was extremely hot with no operational controls and had to open the window to cool the room down. The hot water pressure in the bathroom sink was very low. We had to ask for the fire exit door to be closed for security as it was propped open and directly outside our room offering very poor security. At one point, someone banged loudly on our door at 8:00PM scaring us. The room was really small with an inadequate closet and furniture that was in the way. One lamp was blinking like a strobe light so it could not be used. The noise from the hall, door slamming and loud voices were also very distracting making it hard to sleep. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only saving grace was the employees who were very nice but a couple seemed embarrassed to be working there.

Place was fine, staff are great, but area is dicey. Had valuables stolen from vehicle while parked in their parking lot during stay. Lacked decent camera coverage for investigation. Just want to make others aware the area might not be the safest option.

The restroom facilities were unsatisfactory, with the ceiling panel at the entrance dislodged. The refrigerator was non-functional, and the television offered a limited selection of channels and lacked smart TV capabilities. Additionally, a microwave was not provided. The toilet flush mechanism required significant force to operate correctly. Despite activating the heating system, the room maintained a consistently low temperature.

Staff was very courteous. Unfortunately the top bedding had a large stain on it which we didn’t see until the next morning and automatically thought it would be changed with the cleaning crew that day. We didn’t see the notice that you have to “book cleaning” at this hotel now.
