Welcome to Roo’s House! Your brand new 860 sq foot accommodation offers two bedrooms and one bathroom. Additionally, you have a full size washer/dryer, brand new kitchen appliances including dishwasher and Insinkerator/garburator. The suite is fully wheelchair accessible with wide hallways and doorways. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking and baking needs. The suite has air conditioning and heating via a heat pump. There is a south facing private patio and garden area for rest and relaxation. There is parking for 2 vehicles and some street parking for your visitors.

Roo’s House is centrally located in the Capital Region. It is 15-20 minutes from the downtown core, 10 minutes to the Westshore, 20 minutes to UVIC, 25 minutes to the airport and 30 minutes to the BC Ferry terminal. You are 2 blocks from the Galloping Goose commuter bike trail and are surrounded by trail systems and parks for your walking or running enjoyment.
