Property conveniently located. Room was roomy and nice but could use some additional cleaning such as dusting. Base boards, tv stand, air filter vents, night stand very dusty. Floor was dusty as well I dusted them with my socks.

Room was very clean, excellent check in customer service, rooms temperature was great, and casino a bonus. After the previous not so great hotel experience, this made our trip so much better! Onsite restaurant had great food also, so we did not have to drive anywhere upon checking in . The view of the Mississippi River was amazing! This will definitely be our stopping point on our next trip from Florida to Texas.

Good, not great but I may go back sometime

My first room had dirty sheets so they quickly switched me to an equivalent room. The floor needed to be swept, the jacuzzi tub was dirty and peeling and the mattress reminded me of middle school camp cots. On the flip side, the room was huge with a refrigerator, the balcony was great and there were hundreds of tv channels. The casino was a short walk away and was kept very clean. The cafe has a limited but decent menu

I paid for a Waterview room; the staff attempted to give me a different room than I paid for. ALL OF THE ROOMS were DIRTY. the floors, tub, sheets, pillows were ALL dirty hair on the towels, in the beds and in the tubs. This was a terrible stay! I had to change rooms several times. Bed sagging

Decent but could be better

Check in was quick and seamless and staff was friendly. Room was nice -spacious and updated like the pics EXCEPT the bathroom. No pics of it because it’s not updated. Decently clean but I did find random hairs in the bathroom which wasn’t pleasant. And lots of noise. I could hear my neighbor snore. People coming and going late and doors are loud. Overall for a quick overnight stay it was what I needed but I wouldn’t choose for a long week.

They need to update the bed linens. Ours were yellowed and very wrinkled like they were wore out.

Worse ever

The hotel was not clean. Only had two towels when I arrived. It was hair in the tub before I ever used it. I showered with my shoes on due to it being nasty. The pillows on bed was terrible and soft. The air was set to 57 and wouldn’t go believe 70 so it was extremly hot because it was 100 degrees outside. Worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff was rude and huffing and puffing when asked anything.
