This is the second hotel I stayed in Venice. I think the cleanliness and room size are above Venice standard. Location is excellent just at the water bus station and close to the train station. it’s so convenient and easy to go anywhere. Staff are very friendly. Everything are beyond my expectations , will stay again if visit Venice again.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations for a hotel in Europe, it was a large apartment with bedroom and dressing area, separate open wardrobe, equipped kitchen and dining room with smart TV A view of the grand canal and the most fanctmy and best shower experience Ive ever had, with water jets spraying from all angles. Absolute perfect location! We were in Venice for 3 nights and couldn't be happier with our stay. Firstly, the location was only a 10 minute walk from St. Lucia train station and secondly the water bus stop was literally right outside our apartment window. The space itself was immaculately clean. Messaging with the owners was simple and prompt. If ever we get the chance to return to Venice, we will definitely be staying at Palazzina Riva. A true gem of Venice.

Perfect holiday

The Rialto Bridge is a 15-minute walk away, so I enjoyed my morning walk there. There were also delicious restaurants nearby, which was very helpful on tiring evenings walking around the city.
