Location is not the best very close Gastown and Chinatown which are not safe areas pro walking distance to Harbor hotel by itself ok but need update staff friendly beds comfortable bike ride in harbor was beautiful and safe considering everything so expensive in Vancouver my stay was reasonable ok but next time would try to stay away from Gastown location

The rooms were nice with comfortable beds, a wonderful shower, small refrigerator and microwave. The underground parking was under repair so the lanes were narrow and it felt dangerous turning corners entering and exiting. The staff was extremely nice and friendly with housekeeping being the best.

Great location to do nature/tourist activities out of downtown during day then have all the best dining and districts within a mile at night. Also, top sports bar in downtown is in the corner lobby. Live music restaurant/bar kitty corner.

The room was excellent. It had two queen beds, immaculate bathroom, sitting space with two chairs and a table, desk with an additional chair, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, large screen TV, clean and modern. The Moxies restaurant is attached snd staff was great. What I was disappointed in was the plastic cups in the room and the liquid shampoo, conditioner& lotion were in individual plastic non-reusable, non- refillable containers- not currently eco-friendly.

Good: clean, basic room, good service, good value as is always the case with Sandman. Bathroom shower was well designed. Bad: Bathroom has a very small 'half sink' with no room for toiletries around it. Bed was not very comfy and air conditioning unit is one of those kinds that goes *THUNK* every few minutes through the night. Ugly: Business travelers should close this website immediately, Expedia will not give you a business receipt and the one the hotel has access to is all zero's, so it makes tax write-offs difficult.
