This was a fantastic stay! The mattress was absolutely the most comfortable. Its in walking distance of Gastown and so many other restaurants and shops. The hotel has a free bus pick up that takes you to the Capilano Bridge. The hotel also has a Starbucks in their lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel. My one (small) complaint was that the walls of my room seemed too thin, as I could hear our neighbour in the next room every time he spoke, including when I was trying to sleep. Otherwise, I found the staff, the hotel and the room excellent.

Older hotel with good amenities, short walking distance to the waterfront, good breakfast, restaurant on the site. Not exactly 5 star hotel in my opinion but I would give strong 4 stars. Great value.

Overall nice hotel, old but has all amenities you need, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, steam room, decent size fitness room, okayish on site restaurant, good breakfast, clean. Great location with short walking distance to the waterfront and less then 30 minutes from the airport. I wouldn't say it's 5 star hotel but very strong 4 stars.

Booked last minute, the room was very comfortable, the bed and linens were excellent and we were made welcome as soon as we arrived by Ben, the concierge. He was knowledgeable of the area and helpful getting us situated for our stay, looking forward to staying here again.

I found it very annoying that housekeeping would never take our garbage. We were respectful and tidy, always making sure our garbage from food or shopping was clean and as condensed as much as possible but day after day they left it to accumulate. It made the room feel cluttered, and seemed so unnecessary. We couldn't have been more considerate in how we had things organized.
