I have always enjoyed staying at the Heathman but if they are going to advertise that you get a bottle of sparkling wine/cider with your room they really should provide it and they don’t.

The beds were not made when we checked in. We were given mattress pads instead of fitted sheets. The room has a body odor smell to it, no it wasn't us. The mattress pad we had was covered in human hair, not ours. There were no pillow cases, just pillows in their casings. The staff
