Pros: The AC worked great. Comfortable bed. Close to fast food. Negatives: the room smelled funny, like sweaty old socks. The lights inside were very dim.

We went through Obitz and had reservation when we got there there were no rooms available.
Sink was clogged and was told there was no maintenance. So dealt with a clogged sink for 5 days
This was a perfect place to visit family--close enough but allowed us our own space. The staff was very friendly and the room had everything we needed. This will be our go-to lodging in future visits.
It was nice to have a small kitchenette space with a sink and refrigerator. The layout of the room was nice, the bed was adequate, but don't expect to use the pull out sofa bed. That was not comfortable at all. Overall, this was a nice place to stay.

The hotel smell like old cigarettes and is very noisy even in the middle of winter storm. Will find another place next time.

This hotel was about a motel 6 for twice the price. The room needed to be deep cleaned, walls and curtain were dirty. I bought a bottle of water instead of drinking out of the glasses they were filthy. The tub didn't drain properly. I could hear the elevator bell in my room... Why does it have a bell? Honestly the kids playing hockey in the hallway blended into circus of hotel.
