When I got to my room the whole hallway stunk, got in room reaked like they poured a gallon of bleach in room. I dound out I had somehow booked a jacuzzi tub but could not use because water took 25 mins just to get enough to cover Jets so said screw it and went to take a shower where I might have well strod out in the rain would have gottwn more water. Asked the front desk for wake up call at 1:15 am didnt happen, could not use alarm clock as it was 3 hpurs ahead and could not reset. Overall very dissapointing, would have been nice to atleast have a Hot shower or soak after a 3 hr drive to get here. Should have been 25 dollars a night not 115 dollars. Wasted money in my book.

This was our 2nd Christmas staying here. This time our room was on the first floor. The rooms was super clean, beds were comfortable, staff is amazing, pool and jacuzzi was amazing. The only thing is the water pressure was not so great. I am not sure if it was because we were on the first floor or what? We stayed on the 2nd floor the previous year and the water pressure was great! The only other thing is, even thou it’s good, but I wish they would offer more than just omelets and sausage patties. That was mainly served during our stay.

I hate to leave a bad review because staff was very nice, and helpful. However there was a huge downside to our stay. We had a week long reservation and on 2 separate occasions there was 4+police officers surrounding a room door in the property. One happened to be right next to us, and having a child travel with us made it very uncomfortable and made us feel extremely unsafe. We weren’t given any info, just told it was ok. Other than that, there are multiple homeless people living out of trailers and cars right infront of this property. We tried out the indoor pool and sauna, which was nice, but after inside the water we paid closer attention and they could really use some good cleaning! They both had dark dirt bands around the water lines of both, especially the sauna. As I stated the staff was great, but the area didn’t seem safe. We also did see police driving through the parking lot on a couple occasions, which is a good and bad thing. Rooms were clean, and housekeeping was attentive. Breakfasts area was clean and very well kept, and stocked. Front desk personnel was very nice.

Easy check in. Great room for a family. Lots of paper signs everywhere looked unprofessional. Looks recently renovated. Some sloppy work here and there. The room had an overwhelming cleaner smell when we got in there. Would stay again.
