We stayed 2 nights. First night during the night we had ants on us in the bed. When I got up to check there was a bunch on the floor between bed and nightstand. There was large pieces of crumbs that was attracting them that was missed by housecleaning. Also the walk in shower that I asked if they had for handicapped accessible was the size of a phone booth. They moved us to a different room the 2nd night but wasn't able to gove us an walk in accessible shower. Apparently they only have the one we moved from. Overall wasn't impressed and wouldn't recommend.

needs some renovation

stayed at many Monte Carlo, usually good nice because they have bar and restaurant on site. this one is in need of renovations, big time. bathroom ceiling has mold like stains, dresser and bathrooms drawers and doors damaged and don't close.

Where to start, When checking in to the hotel we were helped by someone who was rude, and when asked if he could recommend anything from their restaurant which he was trying to upsell, replied, “it’s Italian”. Get to the room, it’s dated, paint is chipped, repainted in a different color, wallpaper is peeling off, ceiling is cracked, Oh and we were given the room directly above the restaurant, which allowed for us to hear vivid conversations from the staff/patrons outside smoking under the canope… at 5am. Talk about an early wake up call! It’s okay though, their onsite reception handled the noise complaint, right? Wrong. It continued. Next, you go downstairs to get the breakfast that is included in the cost of the room. But wait, it’s just bread/cereal, frozen premade croissants and danishes, with juice and coffee for drinks. No eggs, no sausage/bacon, no home fries, nothing. All of that is 8$ Eggstra! I’m so glad I only booked one night and was not travelling because I was also notified that their shuttle service is suspended! Yipee! Oh and don’t even think about booking with a family, unless you want to add 8$ a head for basic continental breakfast. Pathetic excuse of a hotel. Would never stay here again. Save your money and book somewhere else, there’s so many better options.

For One Night It was Fine

Our room was extremely dated, Reno is overdue. Carpet had holes and staining similar to the couch. Staff were friendly and made eye co tact which we appreciate. Water pressure was awesome and the TV’s and linens were good! Breakfast was ok, zero protein provided but the choices an available were good quality foods. Overall a bit shabby and rough looking especially for the price.

I have no problem with cleaning and service but other hotels I found always bottled of water. This hotel didn't provide any bottled of water. I can buy but first time I seen that no water bottled inside the room. I request please keep a water bottled in the room.

The hotel is okay and the staff are friendly, but the hotel is located in a typically industrial area so there isn’t much beautiful scenery to look at in the surrounding, especially for tourists or first time visitors to Canada.
