The room was clean and in good condition when we arrived. This is a hotel that only cleans the rooms every second day unless guests ask for it to be done daily. While there is a small sign in the bathroom (which I did not notice), as a guest I would appreciate if this had been brought to my attention at check in,. In addition to no clean towels, the coffee and paper cups had also not been refreshed after the first night.

Yes very clean. The desk clerk was very friendly. The waiter in the restaurant was friendly and attentive. The manager boy downfall is that the restaurant is very cold. With it being in the lobby the doors are opened constantly letting the cold in. Maybe a temporary glass wall would help.
