Everything was great! Clean room. Daily room cleaning. Helpful staff. Buffet breakfast had both Japanese & Western food. Location is excellent. Next to Kinshicho Station. Close to shopping centers-Termina1 & 2, Parco, KIT, OIOI, and others. Haneda & Narita Airport Limo Bus stops here. Close to the Skytree tower and many sights to see and visit.

The positives: Our large and comfortable twin share room on the 22nd floor with a magnificent view of the superb Skytree. The room was spacious, clean and consistently maintained by housekeeping. The front desk was always polite, friendly and helpful. In fact all the staff were so delightful and attentive. Additionally, the hotel is walking distance to the JR Kinshicho train station with direct link to Tokyo, Shinjuku, and Akihabara- all significant places of interest. Kinshicho is a thriving hub and has a Uniqlo, Zara, Burger King, McDonalds, and a DonJiote (a Japanese everything store open 24/7 selling everything from luggage to souvenirs). There is also an abundance of sushi, ramen and gyoza shops behind the hotel (we did not discover this until day 4). The negative was the breakfast buffet. I felt that the range of options for fresh protein: fish, chicken, tofu and fresh fruit (banana, strawberry, apple, orange) was not available. I also would have liked to have seen some onigiri, nori rolls. Processed meats, juices, potato fries are not to my liking. However, all in all our stay at the Tobu was a great success and I would highly recommend it!

The room is clean. Staff is courteous. We went out most of the day, so we are not concerned the room decoration as long as it’s clean, aircon and toilet no issues. Location close to subway more important. We skipped the breakfast for few days though our rates included it as they are not fantastic to make us to wake up early.

Room was clean and amenities were satisfactory, tower view of Skytree was outstanding. We did not eat at the hotel and cannot rate that feature. Ease of access to Kinshicho station made it very easy to reach all of Eastern Tokyo. Excellent for visits focusing on Sumida, Taito, and Chuo wards.

Our room was excellent as well as the amenities of the hotel. The staff gave us exceptional service with a smile. This hotel is in proximity to the train station and served as a great place for us to tour various areas and sights in Tokyo

Great hotel in a prime location, especially for families with kids. Very convenient for going to Tokyo Disneyland / DisneySea — the hotel provides a free shuttle bus (remember to book very early). If you miss the booking, you can easily take the bus from Kinshicho Eki Stop, Tokyo Skytree Town ~ TDR bus to Tokyo Disneyland or Disneysea for around ¥1000, which I actually prefer as it’s more comfortable than the crowded trains and you’re guaranteed a seat. There are many restaurants and shops around the hotel, including McDonald’s, Burger King, and plenty of convenience stores like 7-Eleven, Lawson, and FamilyMart. There’s also a shopping mall nearby with UNIQLO, GU, Daiso, and more. There is also the coin laundry nearby, which is very convenient for longer stays. It has a coin-exchange machine and even a shoe-washing machine, which is quite helpful. Tip: Don’t forget to request a Tokyo Skytree view room — the view is worth it!
