The hotel is in a fantastic location, very convenient for JR station. However, the room felt a bit dated and had an unpleasant odor. I ended up buying an air freshener to make the stay more comfortable.

Room was outdated but clean. Toiletry and amenities were basic compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. One of the Good Neighbor hotels with limited shuttle service to Disney and a stop on Airport Limo Bus route to Haneda/Narita. Easy access to trains, shopping and restaurants.
