If we receive complaints from neighbors, we will charge a nighttime service fee of 22,000 yen (tax included).In severe cases, we may contact the police and ask you to vacate the premises immediately.
◆ Please refrain from lingering for long periods, gathering in groups, shouting, or smoking near the building entrance.
◆ Parties and events are prohibited.
◆ Please close your windows after 9:00 PM.
◆ Please be mindful not to make loud noises or speak loudly in the garden or on the balcony after 9:00 PM.
