景色、清潔さ、ラウンジ、スタッフのホスピタリティは最高です。日本のホテルの部屋が狭いのは仕方ないことですが、クローゼットにもう少し引き出しを付けたり折りたためるフローティングシェルフがあると下着や靴下、洋服を置くスペースが出来て便利だと思います。

I have lost my pink sapphire ring from my grandmother from my room. No one entered my room except housekeeping while i went down to the lobby. Hotel did not do anything about it.
