5/5 absolutely fantastic! I was an American traveling to Japan for the first time and apa hotel was literally perfect. The staff were so friendly to me, the room was perfect the bathroom was nice. Perfect location right in Roppongi. The onsen spa on the roof is amazing. Loved every second of staying with Apa! I’ll be back. Highly recommend.

Don’t waste your time here. NO Heat and woke up each night with room temps in 50s. Sick and awful all around. ( NO heat in building roof open ) exposed freezing temps. Snowed and they could have regulated to give heat in ROOMS not go by OUTSIDE temps being in the 30s.

This was my third time staying at this location. My second time during this trip. The view from my room was even greater than my second time. This time I got a good view of Tokyo Tower from my corner room. The room was also a bit more spacious than the previous rooms I stayed in. My only small complaint was that I only received one set of pillows and one towel for the room. Even though it was just me in the room, it was a slight inconvenience. Other than that I enjoyed my stay! As always that staff was very accommodating, professional and friendly.

This was my second time staying at this location and it was a far superior experience than my first. The first time I stayed at this hotel the view out my window looked directly at a wall that was no more than four feet away. This second time around I had a great view that overlooked the city. The staff was pleasant and professional as always.
