East Tennessee Vacation Packages

This hotel has earned a permanent spot on my list of go-to places. I’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable travel experience!

Rooms were well maintained if a little outdated. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Did have an issue with water pouring down from the room above me, but the staff were quick with the maintenance and the room change. Would gladly stay here again next time I'm in the area.

The place all together was very quiet and no issues. My main thing is the AC. We had an upstairs/downstairs unit and the upstairs would not cool, we all had to sleep with no blankets & that’s an awful nights sleep. The phone number on google was not up to date so trying to get ahold of somebody to figure out check in was a hassle & the number it has on the building to call if you check out before the building is open is not a working number also. The place was very cute, very quiet, & the staff is VERY FRIENDLY but for a family of six, we probably won’t be staying here again.

The hotel itself is in a decent place. If you want the cleaning help to steal your items. Stayed for 3 nights and had oddly enough my electric razor and the charger for it taken, an aluminum comb?? THEN a brand new solid silver necklace. Have attempted to call the hotel to get it sorted out with absolutely no help at all.
