This hotel is beautiful and the staff is super friendly. A great mix of modern right in the middle of historic Ybor City. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone needing to visit the area.

Our check in date was was Feb 24, 2025. Because of flight delays we checked in late. When we arrived they informed us that they were were overbooked and gave our room to someone else. We were booked for a 2 night stay but did not stay one night because they gave our room to someone else. My Hotels.com itinerary# 72060947856700 The total amount billed to me was $1,042.83 CAD

The Haya hotel did not receive a confirmation notice from Hotels.com about my booking. Consequently, even though I had paid for most of the stay up front, I did not get a room with 2 queen size beds. I was provide a room with a king size bed and a rollout bed. The hotel staff was wonderful but the parking is expensive. It’s $39/night.

Best getaway yet

My husband and I chose to stay here for my birthday weekend and we could not have had a better experience. We did try several restaurants around the hotel, but none of it was as good as the food from the hotel as well as the bar. Our favorite part was going to the hotel bar as, there were the best bartenders so friendly and so accommodating to make any drink that you want. We are definitely coming back and this will be a place that we continue to go to For fun or any other holidays, we choose to. If I could give this 10 stars out of five I would.

Excellent hotel and great service

Overall excellent stay. The shower was not draining and the light in the closet was out but fixed the next day. Service was friendly and attentive. Pool ran out of towels one day due to a cheerleader competition and hotel removed amenity fee after reporting it. Would stay here again.

I stayed at Haya during a 3 night stay to visit family. It is more economic than staying downtown (about $100 cheaper a night). The food and drinks were delish, complimentary coffee, and the staff very friendly. My room was clean and spacious and the balcony was a plus! The pool area was clean and relaxing. They even had floats for the kids. They were able to accommodate a later check out even though they were pretty busy. Ybor is such a cute area with a lot of potential, it’s a shame that the majority of it is vacant. I would stay downtown if you’re looking for more of an inner-city experience.

Entrance to hotel was confusing- but staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, but we found the bed too low to the ground and the locker room style shower made for an entire bathroom floor wet and a bit slippery. Focus is on the Ybor City, which is an adult focused scene in the evening. Additional amenities charge was unexpected.
