Master En Suite: Retreat to the elegance of our master suite, featuring a king bed, room-darkening curtains, and a beautifully appointed en suite bathroom. We provide towels, a 10x vanity mirror, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and all those little extras you might have forgotten.

Queen En Suite: Cozy up in our queen suite, complete with room-darkening curtains and an extra blanket for your comfort. Enjoy the convenience of an en suite bathroom that feels just like home.

First-Floor King: Our first-floor king room offers easy accessibility, with a well-thought-out bathroom just across the hall. Room-darkening curtains and thoughtful amenities await.

Security Cameras: For your safety and security, please be aware that we use cameras exclusively outdoors. Rest assured, there are no interior cameras in the property. Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities.

As your hosts, our mission is to ensure your stay at The Roosted Retreat is incredibly comfortable and filled with beautiful memories. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for both you and us, we've outlined some important house rules. By confirming and making your booking payment, you agree to these rules. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation!

House Rules:

No Parties or Events: While we welcome you to have a guest or two over for a meal or visit, hosting gatherings with more than a dozen people, no matter the reason, is considered a party or event. In the event of a party or event, an additional cleaning fee of $100.00 will be deducted from your deposit, and all attendees may be asked to leave without a refund for the remainder of their stay. Please note that there are two exterior cameras on the property.

No Pets Allowed: Pets are not permitted on the property. If pets are found on the premises, an additional cleaning fee of $500.00 will apply.

No Smoking Indoors or on the 2nd-Floor Balcony: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the second-floor balcony. If you choose to smoke at the outdoor table, please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Any smoking inside the home will result in an additional $500.00 fee.

Check-In and Check-Out Times: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Respectful Noise Levels: Kindly be considerate of our neighbors and maintain quiet noise levels after 10:00 PM.

We kindly request that guests refrain from using the driveway. Ample free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis just steps away from the property. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Prompt Issue Resolution: Any housekeeping or maintenance concerns will be addressed within 24 hours of notification. Please note that no refunds will be provided.
