Staff was pleasant. Room was nice and updated. Bathroom needs an update, throughout the hotel there is a very musty smell. Room and bathroom smelled like there has been water damage.

We did not take the breakfast option or used the pool. As indicated the hotel was clean and facilities in working order. However there were no basic cutlery in the room eg . I thought that given the room was equipped with a fridge and coffee maker, then at the very least there should be some teaspoon available in the room.

The room was clean and staff very friendly. I was given a room on the 1st floor (room #125)… it’s not the room I would recommend. With the room being close to the laundry room, you hear every conversation from the hospitality staff. While comfortable, the room was anything but quiet. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay however, would not recommend the room I had.

Reserved two queen, gave us a king with sofa bed. No other rooms available so we were stuck with that room. Staff was helpful but it was disappointing. Offered us free breakfast, which actually turned out to be nothing but a few pastries and coffee. Definitely not worth it.
