Property is gated out front and privacy fence in back with additional parking in back. It has a fitness room, theater room, deck out front with solar lights and deck chairs, tables and designated smoking areas outside. Absolutely no smoking indoors.

Guest have full access to laundry room, cards, card table and board games for all ages in laundry room, just please put all pieces to games back in proper boxes after use, a fitness room, deck, patio furniture and charcoal grill
