They let us check in almost 5 hours early since we had just gotten off a cruise ship and had nowhere else to go. Great service and clean!

Not so good experience, especially not worth for this price. Hotel itself needs to be renovated from top to the bottom. Old carper old cabinets old dining room old fitness center ……. Internet did not work whole stay that we were there.

Shuttle is terrible. The driver took a half hour to arrive and was on his phone playing with the music and missed the exit so we had to go around the airport again.

There a few people sitting outside in the dark at the edge of the parking lot at the back of the property. It’s unclear why they were sitting there but I felt uncomfortable parking near them even though it was closer to my room so I parked in the front outside the lobby.

Crazy !!

So this hotel doesn’t have queen beds. I booked a room for two people and the bed was tiny. I couldn’t sleep. Following morning I went to the front desk. The lovely lady told me they don’t have queen beds and never have and most people don’t know that when they book it. Very strange ! I mean what hotels don’t have queen beds ? It was the size of a twin for two people. So we had to change to a king. Also booked the hotel so I could swim. Pool was dirty, the cleaner sat in the middle of it. There were a few other people there sitting around the pool. Very disappointing. Then I called front desk for a hair dryer because there was none in my room. They told me they don’t have any. Seriously!!!??? Crazy place for $210 a night

The hotel was in rough shape. There were no amenities in or close to the hotel. The airport shuttle was great once we found out we had to call to get it. The room required a lot of work.
