I use to love this hotel but after making a mistake with my booking dates and didn't realise until I rang to ask why my room was not cleaned and missing Alcohol taking from the fridge. I get a knock on my door with the Duty Manager and security saying I was in breach of security and informing me I had not paid and should not be in the room I was in total shock and showed what I had booked I was treated like I was a criminal and was marched down to pay which of course I was more than happy to! On check in the receptionist could have told me this. 4 times I had to go back and forth to reception as the cards didn't work. I gave a tip to the cleaner who was about to clean my room and got locked out her house keeping manager refused to let me back in even though the other cleaner saw me in the room! She tried to tell her head house keeper who just ignored her English wasn't the best so I don't blame her she was lovely that's why I tipped her! It was just a horrible experience the Duty Manager at first was horrible to me wouldn't even let talk just assumed I was trying to stay in the Hotel for free..I was given a bottle of wine it doesn't really make up for the way I was treated.

I love this hotel and it remains a favourite. It is classy but understated. Everything is efficient. The location is brilliant as very central and easy to get anywhere from its position as close to Town Hall station and trams to Circular Quay. Plenty of places to eat nearby but for a casual easy drink and meal the Italian cafe restaurant located in the hotel is great with good staff, and a casual vibe. I couldn’t fault anything and our room was quiet with a pleasant tree outlook .

We booked two rooms at The Grace. Both rooms were spacious and clean. Everyone in our party commented on how comfortable the beds were and the great showers! The staff were friendly and helpful. This is in a great location, an easy walk to Circular Quay, the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. It is also a great location for shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the twin deluxe room for one night. 2 adults 1child. Stunning secor theoughout the hotel, impeccably clean. Loved the free mini bar (soft drinks, juice and water) and plunger coffee. Shower was large and 2 shower heads (1 rain shower head). Beds were hard and comfortable and room was very quiet with double glazed windows. Staff were very friendly. Only downside was checking in, staff advised they would call when room was available after 1500hrs and did not receive a call.
