Beautiful clean room that’s very accessible. It has everything you could possibly need. Front reception was very polite and helpful. Great cool air conditioning and very modern clean bathroom. Secure underground parking is very safe.

Not a great start at reception, key card wouldn’t open to my room, had to get a cleaner to open the door . Later found out my key card wasn’t programmed properly. Also the receptionist could have been more enthusiastic working there even when checking out no mention of “Merry Christmas” or “have a nice day!”,Small things matter. There was also a dog on my level barking !!! Noice complaint right there ! Didn’t know the hotel catered to pets…. Couldn’t sleep well. The room on the other hand was good and clean , one step above average.

The location is convenient but the beds are extraordinarily uncomfortable. The hotel is very clean. The room was sold as being suitable for 5 but the bedding is only really for 4. The couch isn’t suitable as a bed (for the price).

Advertised as sound proofed and air conditioned but you could hear conversation and doors closing from outside and the air conditioner controller was labelled “FO use only”. Housekeeping only made the bed once in a five night stay. Shower was dirty and the showerhead, soap holder and tap were all loose

The room and the price is good but the hotel doesn't have proper bathroom with shower. I am not sure they put me in a handicap room as ther was no bathtub or typical standing shower and because of that water was all over the bathroom floor. And the room does have washing machine for laundry but no dryer and when I used the washing machine, it leaked the water was all over the floor and when I reported to front desk, they didn't care and no one came to look or fix Location is not ideal for travelers. Nothing is close by like restaurants. Only two electrical outlets in the entire room and both of them were far away from bedside. I had a hard time charging my phone. No garbage cans there is only one in bathroom. They have full kitchen which was plus with sitting area and working desk. Overall my phone experience was okay.
