We were at Olympic Park (from interstate) for an event. The Novotel was so convenient - right at the train station exit, close to all the stadiums and right near lots of food options. We had requested a cot and it was set up in our room on arrival. There was also a little kids play area near reception and they had free Zooper Doopers for the kids (and maybe also the adults). The room itself was clean and large (we had a king room). Lots of space for the cot. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again if attending an event at the Olympic Park precinct.

All the staff was wonderful, and my staff was comfortable and clean, food buffet delicious everything you could ask for, and the eateries are central to the hotel. Would staff there again in the future.

A nice comfortable room although some attention to detail is needed.The shower head holder is worn and so won’t stay in position and slides down while in use.Toilet seat is loose and the toilet roll holder is ready to fall off the wall. Otherwise a nice hotel with friendly staff.

Concerned beds were on wheels and rolled very easy. I could not find a lock on the wheels to stabilize the beds. I understand they need to be moveable, but for safety better if they could have wheel locks? Maybe they have I just couldn’t find any.

Hopefully an isolated issue. Nice overall

No aircon was a getaway dampener.. local wedding to attend, so 3pm check in made it a rushed time to prepare, we left the aircon set on 20 as we like it cool to sleep, got back the the suite around 12 and the room was hot, it was like the temperature setting was a global set, not an individual room adjustment. king suite, so luckily we had the balcony door to open for the outside cool, but this just let bugs and noise in. Front desk were nice, but given the time of the night, understandable there was not a lot they could do to help. I will note also $49 for DIY parking per night was more than I paid for the previous night at Sydney Airport Valet.. something doesn’t seem right with that. Overall a nice hotel and great location, Ubers are everywhere around. Room was nice and breakfast was stock standard buffet.
