Check in was incredibly slow. Didn’t even tell me my room number or floor just gave me the key and told me where the elevators were. Would expect more from a Hilton. Also when asked for the points on my honors + service was standoffish and was told third parties purchases don’t get points for Hilton. Wouldn’t waste the extra money for this Hilton.
