Perfect stop to acess all Spokane has to offer

Instructions were clear and communication was prompt and very helpful. It's in a great spot just off the main drag and has a great home feel.

Fantastic stay at this VRBO! The house is roomy, clean and very family friendly! It had everything we needed in order to cook or grill. My kiddos (grown and not) loved the Pac-Man game.

We had a fabulous stay! Great location to the downtown river park and Upper Manito playground has the best play and splash pad for our group of kids from 1- to 10-year-old.The house was perfect for our group and would stay again next time we are in Spokane.

Nice New and clean

We love this place for our two nights stay in Spokane for my nieces wedding. We especially enjoyed that each room had their own TV. There is a half bath on the main level and a master bathroom. There was enough Room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. We love the open concept of the living room and kitchen, so everybody could gather there. Also loved being able to park in a garage. The Complementary toothbrush came in handy for my son who forgot his and the host was very responsive in communication. Would stay at this place again thank you

Beyond all expectations

I wish we were staying in Spokane longer. A tray full of snacks greeted us upon our arrival. You know how sometimes you’re hoping there is salt and pepper in the kitchen? There was a good amount of coffee, state of the art drip coffee with flavors, all the condiments, herb spices, including butter, oil, Panko, etc., that a person could possibly want. Memory foam very comfortable beds. Extra roomie house in perfect repair. Big fluffy towels, large washer, dryer and quiet walkable neighborhood. Walked to Spokane Stadium, as well as a local brew pub. Couldn’t have been better we will be back.

Great place for a weekend downtown!

We were in town for a dance competition at the convention center, and loved this location for our family. So much space, a well stocked house with thoughtful hosts (my teenagers LOVED the snack bar and I was a huge fan of the coffee bar!). House was totally clean, prompt communication, and a super easy check in/out. We will probably stay here again and recommend it for all!

Snow, music and a place to relax

We arrived amid a winter snow storm, and the driveway was cleared of snow and we had easy access to the unit. The unit was clean and comfortable, giving a cozy place to relax out of the snow! We were in town for our teenage son was participating in the All-State Orchestra which was occurring in Spokane. The location of the unit gave us easy access to downtown Spokane where our son needed to be at for rehearsal and concert. Overall enjoyed the unit and perfect for our family!

Great beautiful comfy new place

Our family of 3 stayed 2 nights at this well appointed, beautifully decorated home. We had plenty of space to spread out, but it was cozy for gathering too. We didnt cook, but there was everything you needed if you chose to. …Beds were comfy, lots of closet space and hangers.. and with 2 bathrooms upstairs, and a half-bath downstairs, no one had to wait to use one. The neighborhood felt safe, and was conveniently located for ease of travel to entertainment and activities. Fantastic communication with hosts for a seamless experience. Would absolutely stay here again!

Outstanding place to stay

I was so happy with this stay! I have never tried this before but went seamless and the property was beyond fantastic! Had great communication with the owners, property was well maintained and close to everything. They really make sure your stay is comfortable, and if I could give it 10 stars I would!

Comfortable home

We were in town for a swim meet and only had a 7 minute drive to the aquatic center, so that was fantastic. There were tons of restaurants within a short driving distance. I did not love the neighborhood but felt safe when all the doors were locked and our minivan was locked in the garage.

Great place to stay!

We stayed two nights at this great townhouse, with our two tiny dogs. It was very clean and well appointed, and checking in and out was very easy. Will hope this place is available again, next time we go to Spokane! Top notch!

Modern townhome with nice amenities

Our family of six enjoyed enjoyed a stay at this townhome. The host provided timely communication before our stay. Wifi was quick and the Roku TVs + PacMan arcade were nice for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed and the ability to park our van in the garage was a VRBO bonus.

First experience

This was my first experience in a short time rental. I was nervouse about how everything worked, but it turned out to be easy. Ryan was patient and thorough explaining the process. If i go back to Spokane, ill definitly seek out ryan and his property.
