The staff were not very helpful. I have stayed here before, a few months ago, and it was clean and the staff was friendly. This time, all of the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke, though the room smelled fine. We were in town for a funeral and went we were leaving the door would not latch. There was nice maid in the hallway who offered to stay there until maintenance arrived. At the front desk, their response was simply we will let maintenance know. A locking door is a minimum expectation when you leave a hotel room. I said the maid said the maintenance guy was on the property. Front desk response, well he not here right now but I will have him look at it.

I have stayed here many times in the past and always described it as clean, safe, and inviting. Those days are gone. Now unsafe, dirty, and dingy. Will not be back. Also, there is an a $3.19 mandatory surcharge for the room safe. Never heard of such a thing.

Room and everything in it was very dirty and had a bad smell. Lady at the front desk was nice! But would not stay here again. Was not comfortable at all and smelled bad, like cats

You get what you pay for

We stayed over for a dance competition. There's no elevator and they had us on the 2nd floor. Had to carry rack n roll up the stairs along with our bags. Then we couldn't get into our room. The electronic key card wouldn't work. Another gentleman that was staying there tried to help. He had the same issue. My daughter had to run back to the front desk while we waited outside our room. The woman re-activated the card. Still couldn't get in. I finally was able to maneuver the card after 5 minutes and got it to open. After that we didn't leave our room - afraid we wouldn't get back in. Then in the morning we check out and the parking lot is a sheet of ice. Nothing was done, no salt, no plow, nothing! Room itself was ok. Found dirt/crap on floor corners plus dusty. Bed springs made noise every time I rolled over
