Exceptional service. They took care of my family from day one. I would highly recommend this resort, you wouldn't regret it.

The property is beautiful and the staff very attentive and accommodating. I will certainly stay at this property in the future whenever I visit Siem Reap.

Not just buildings, has characters such as garden , water fall and koi fish , etc ...

Beautiful property all around. Perfect sized pool, nice exercise room, and ponds with koi fish enjoying life. This hotel is a favorite spot for many tourist because of the friendly staff, quiet location, and of course.. the fair price for the stay.

all good, but 3.50 for cold instant coffee by the pool was disappointing

I booked 2-bedroom deluxe for my family. We got welcoming scarf and fruit platter upon arrival and daily refreshed spring water. Room is clean and quiet. If you hate insects in tropical countries, you can relax because there was nothing in room during our whole 5-day stay (although in the corridor outside there were mosquitos lizards which are inevitable in Southeastern Asia) Breakfast buffet is fantastic! Pool is beautiful and relaxing. Spa is authenticated, comfortable and affordable. Staffs are friendly and effective. Every amenity matches its 5-star standard. The only drawback might be location, which is about 10-15 minutes away from the night market (pub street) by Tuk-Tuk. But there were always some Tuk-Tuk drivers waiting right outside the lobby, so transportation should not be a problem (at least not for us this time).

Enjoyed our stay very much. Pricy in extra items and mini bar.

Good at the sunset cafe restaurant was very good and clean. Room was also very clean and nice. Overall very good experience

Tucked away in a nook ,little distance from the airport is The Angkor Palace Resort and Spa.One needs to remember the order of nouns here as there are palaces ,resorts and Angkor strewn on either side of the main road and one really has to crack the brain to decide if we are in the right hotel that we booked. But the resort does surpass itself right from the decor, the vigilant staff, the amazing Master chef Mr.Ream and his team, the poolside staff and their adventurous cocktails and the exquisite spa .Memories taken home seem to pervade only to the the great hospitality rather than the ruins of Angkor Wat. The resort grounds and rooms are tastefully done.It was a as if I had won a lottery in my choice of hotels.

The web site said they provide transportation from the airport to the hotel. No transportation was provided, I had to find a phone to call the hotel while waiting in the heat. When finally I was able to make a phone call, they apologized saying they did not know when we would arrive.[...]

Absolutely could not have been better. Hotel is probably 4 to 5 km. from downtown Siem Reap, which was perfect for us. Close enough to be there in a 10 min. tuk-tuk ride, far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Every staff member we dealt with did all they possibly could to make our stay amazing. Hope to return someday.
