The staff were so polite and welcoming. They catered 4 your needs. I had my birthday while staying there and they brought me up a fruit platter and birthday cake and also sung happy birthday 2 me. I felt so special. I was unwell while there and they would check on me all day 2 c if I was ok. Would definitely go back there again and recommend the hotel 2 all my friends and family. Hoping 2 go back next year. It was a very clean hotel with an amazing swimming pool. Would like 2 esp thank Miss Grace who works there. She was so caring and would do anything we needed. Best hotel I have ever stayed in. We didnt want 2 leave.

I love the hotel and would go back in a minute, however, there needs to be a head of housekeeping & maintenance to do periodic inspections. e.g. a ceiling tile was not installed properly, electrical outlets needed to be sealed to the wall, there should always be an extra roll of toilet paper even if a new one was put in. More than l Kleenex tissue should be in the box. When we could not get the jets in the bath working, maintenance came up and fixed it immediately. The breakfast was fabulous catering to all types of tastes. Concierge made excellent recommendations of a guide & driver.

While we didn't start off on the right foot (they forgot to pick us up from the airport), we ended our trip on a good note. The staff are incredibly quick to please the guests which was so nice to see. They upgraded us to a better room to apologize for not picking us up from the airport. Overall, the staff and their willingness to help make our stay as pleasant as possible was great. The amenities were good the swimming pool is massive and really refreshing to be in after a long day of temples! The breakfasts were great but we chose not to eat our other meals at the resort because the pricing was unreasonably expensive. The room itself was okay but could use some upgrades, especially the bathroom. The location of the resort was also okay but not ideal as it was a bit far from the city center. The wifi isn't super great either but it did its job for checking e-mails. The resort shuttle was available to take to the city but only runs every 2 hours so you'll have to plan accordingly or commit to a tuk-tuk. Overall, it was a good 3 night stay for the price.

The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

This is a very nice 5 stars hotel, nice swimming pool, nice staff, nice breakfast and nice SPA.I will definitely come back!!

The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The quality of the food in the restaurant was very substandard and after a couple tries we ate all our meals in the town. The elevators when they were working were very slow and need to be upgraded.

our stay was very good at this hotel and staff are very courteous and helpful. Located between airport and city and have good service for pick up and drop to airport on time.

Great location outside main part of the city. Huge pool. Great cocktails (2-4-1 happy hour means 2 drinks for $5). Breakfast buffet is average but full of options. For the price, it's a great place to spend your time away from the temples.

Our perfect stay in Siem Reap started with a very warm welcome in Royal Angkor Resort. From the beginning, the staff was always very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the amenities were suitable to us. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of options (oriental, american). The swimming pool is fantastic and the jacuzzis are very private.

Very comfortable, quiet, and full-service resort hotel. It has old world charm and service. My affordable superior room with a balcony overlooking the pool was absolutely the best accomodation in southeast Asia on this trip. The pool area was well maintained and a great place to relax throughout the days and nights. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly stocked with all of the Asian and Western breakfast favorites. It is the only hotel that offered BACON for breakfast! What a treat. I also went to the Angkor Wat complex and Lake Ton Le Sap during my visit here. This hotel is centrally located for easy access to all major tourist locations. I will be returning to this resort next year.

Great hotel a bit run down. The staff were very cordial and helpful.

Beautiful property, everything top class except the leak in the bathroom from the faulty tubs. Why the management has not cared to fix the problem despite being aware of this is not understandable.

This is an excellent hotel to stay at if you are in Siem Reap. It is architecturally beautiful and has a fantastic swimming pool in the backyard garden. It is extremely clean and tidy, and staffed by highly friendly and helpful individuals. The breakfast buffet was extensive and quite excellent. I tried the restaurant the first night I was there, and the (Khmere) food and service were just great. The room was very comfortable, and had all the amenities we are used to, except an iron and ironing borad, and an alarm clock! In addition to visiting Beng Melea and Angkor Wat, I also went to a dinner and Apsara dance show, which was arranged by the hotel; a good idea, as it turned out, since I got a table only a few feet away from the stage! I highly recommend this excellent hotel.

Wonderful hotel 10 minutes from downtown area. Lovely grounds, pool, spa areas. Staff were most helpful. We hired very knowledgable driver and English-speaking guide for 2 days through the hotel at reasonable rates. Angkor Wat absolutely amazing.

The hotel was very impressive as were the rooms, the spa and the pool. The staff were all very friendly.
