To much to write, everything was perfect. The staff is amazing. Just a short tuk tuk drive from the city center. Great place to start your trip to see the temples and the village on the river. Enjoy one of their great snacks at the pool. In summary, one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at :)

Most wonderful Staff, Especially Sunny the Hotel Manager. He could not have been more accommodating and gracious. Thank You sunny! 5 nights Lovely large Suites with balconies. I am a masseuse and had 4 Khmer massages and treatments, Incredible, Lee, in the SPA, I wanted you to come home with me. ;) But it was the Food, and My Favorite Breakfast buffet. Hats off to the Chefs and You could not ask for a more Beautiful Spirit in the Restaurant Manager, Leat Louem. I will be back in 2018 can hardly wait to see you again xoxo

I stayed at the Lotus Blanc with friends for several nights in April. It was ok. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad, just not the best. The hotel is pretty and smells so amazingly wonderful I could've sat in that lobby all night, sniffing. We arrived late and were met with the most delicious lemongrass iced tea that I could've drank a gallon of (I found lemongrass tea in the market and will endeavor to make it as good as they do). Adam helped us get checked in and he was super friendly and helpful. As it was late, the restaurant was closed but Adam suggested that we could eat in the bar. I have to admit we were a little shocked at the $USD prices and how expensive everything was. We had left Vietnam, land of the cheap and entered Cambodia, land of the $USD. It was painful. Be warned. And eat elsewhere. I found it a little odd that the rooms had old, manual keys. Like, metal keys, not cards. And only 1 key so if you both want to key to come and go, you can't. Also, I know that one day we left our room and the patio door was closed and locked and when we got back that night the patio door was unlocked and partially open. That didn't sit well, especially since the safe in our room didn't work. We had a trundle bed in our room and I had decided that I would be the one to sleep in it (yes, how very generous of me). That lasted about 2 minutes. I'm pretty sure that bed was carved out of the same stone they built the temples with. It was the hardest, most uncomfortable bed I've ever been on. I quickly moved into the bed to share with my friend. The room was ok: the bathroom was a little run down (1989 called and wants its phone back) but I do have to say the bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave Lotus Blanc! The breakfast at the Lotus Blanc was great. We were very pleased with the selection- everybody found something they wanted. We booked several tours with Mr Mony at the hospitality desk (some very last minute)and we were so pleased with all of them. The first day we went out for the afternoon with a driver and tour guide, Ra. We saw Angkor Wat and got a good, detailed history lesson. The second and third days we went out on Tuk Tuk tours (drivers #2, #4 and #14 were terrific!) and loved every minute. It was great sailing along with the wind in our hair and the history all around us. The hotel packed us a wonderful to-go breakfast and we couldn't have asked for more. We spent a bit of time around the pool too. Maybe it's the time of year but that water was hot. It's not the spot for a refreshing cool down, it felt like sitting in a bathtub. I'd also like to note that they could use a few more umbrellas: there were plenty of loungers but a lot of them sat in full sun and were empty most of the day. We noticed that service was pretty lacking around the pool. Maybe I've been spoiled by my Caribbean resort trips, but could someone walk around and take drink/food orders? There was a little covered bar by the pool where you could place your order but half the time the person working would be gone up to the hotel (I presume to place an order or pickup food) and you'd be waiting 5-10mins for them to come back to order. We had one guy who had trouble to figure out how to split a bill and couldn't remember who had what even after we reminded him and sent him back twice to fix the bill. There is an ATM just outside the hotel gates which was convenient until we noticed that it only spit out $50 and $100 bills, which was inconvenient. Grateful to Lotus Blanc who made change for us. We really liked that the hotel provided an airport transfer and getting a Tuk Tuk into town was no problem at any hour (approx. 10mins, $2USD). Oh, and speaking of town, your dreams of cheap massages can be found in town, maybe investigate the options before signing up at the hotel spa. All in all it's a nice hotel but nothing special. After all the rave reviews I found on Trip Advisor I felt a little let down.

Pros: Free airport transfers! Free wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. The tour desk was great and organized everything perfectly. We did a sunrise tour of Angkor Wat and they packed a really great boxed breakfast complete with baked goods, fruits, eggs, juice, and coffee. The pool was beautiful. Large (but very warm) with plenty of loungers and shaded areas. The food was excellent (but verrrrry pricey). The buffet breakfast was excellent with a large selection and a made to order section for your eggs. Cons: Anything you bought at the resort was super expensive and I felt thoroughly taken advantage of. A bottle of water was $3.75USD. Dinner and lunch prices were expensive, expect to pay $20 per person no alcohol. We were a bunch of friends travelling together and they did not have any rooms with two beds. Our room had a king bed and a rollaway. But the rollaway was terrible, hard, springy, uncomfortable. Other info: the spa is highly rated but it was very expensive when compared to what you find in town. In 15 minutes, for a $3 tuk-tuk ride, you can get to town and to a spa for a fraction of the price. I paid $11 for a one-hour massage and that was one of the pricier places. Other than the obvious must-do's - for a $2 tuk-tuk ride, venture out to the "Neary Khmer" and try the traditional Amok - chicken or seafood. Amazing! Get a massage in town. Check out the artisans at the night market. Pub street people watch even if you're not partying.

We highly recommended this accommodation. We stayed 6 nights in total over 2 periods in which time Jackie and Dany , and all staff, provided service that was excellent. Our first night was in the premier floor, and our next stay We were upgraded to a suite. Really lovely

All the staff are very friendly and polite. They helped arrange my touring and provided transfer from and to the airport. Because my room was available on arrival, they allowed me to check-in early which is a great help especially after a flight. They have a modern shower and all common areas are very well maintained.

My husband and I stayed at the Lotus for three nights last week as we commenced a three and half week holiday through Cambodia and Vietnam. I can only say that everything about the resort is excellent. Chiva and the team at the front desk could not have been more helpful. Excellent pool facilities and whilst we only had breakfast at the resort, the breakfast was superb. The room rate is very competitive and the return airport transport was included at no extra charge. Tuk tuks always available from the resort to the city for a very low price of $2US.

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! I really enjoy my stay here at Lotuc Blanc Resort and recommend this resort to anyone here visiting Siem Reap! The staff was great and especially Dany, she made our trip an easy one. My friend and I got to Siem Reap without anything planned, but Dany took the time to sit down with us and Map our entire trip here in Cambodia. Btw the free airport shuttle service was very helpful no it made our trip from the airport to the resort a smooth one!

Lotus Blanc Resort is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff provided exceptional service. The breakfast buffet is delicious and they even offered to pack our breakfast for our early sunrise tour at Angkor Wat. Dany was very polite and helpful. We flew into Siem Reap with no plans, Dany basically planned out our 4 day trip and took care of all the bookings. Everything went smoothly and we fully enjoyed our stay in Lotus Blanc Resort. Would definitely stay here again!
