The hotel room is very big, I stayed here for 4 days, it was such a awesome experience. The breakfast is delicious, there is a swimming pool and a gym, both are very clean. All the staffs are so polite and welcome. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the heritage, it should be your top option if you ever come to angkor wat.
Probably one of the nicest hotels I've stay at. the room was very nice and the balcony was awesome. the bed was amazing and the bathroom was huge with a big bathtub/shower. the free airport transfer was another added bonus. i would hesitate to book this hotel again if ever in Siem Reap. the food was also great if a bit pricey for SEA.
This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Our 3 star hotel in Hanoi was better than this. The staff have no concept of customer service. My husband has an egg allergy so we asked them to pack us a breakfast as we were going to Angkor Wat for sunrise. The lady at the reception said they are not able to prepare anything! I had to convince her to give us a baguette at the least. When we went to collect the breakfast in the morning there was nothing ready for us. We got so delayed that we missed the sunrise views at the temples. When we returned back to the hotel we asked for a senior manager who was unapologetic about the incident. Again we had to force an apology out of him. As a compensation he gave a sandwich on the house to share between us. I had to go on the hotel website to double check that it was a 5 Star because the service was appalling. We had the same incident happen to us the day after when we booked to have a breakfast collection and it was not ready. They had the audacity to ask for a tip when they could barely provide the service!
Very nice hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. A bit pricey, you can find much cheaper massages and treatments in town. Great food, they make the most amazing Nasi Goreng! The hotel is only 10 mins away by tuktuk to Pub Street where all the restaurants are located. If you’re going to Angkor Wat, make arrangements with one of the tuktuk drivers to take you there. We paid 25 USD and the driver picked us up at 4:30 AM to go and see the sunrise and then waited for us all day until we were ready to go back to our hotel.
The staff is helpful and the hotel even it’s a little bit old it feels great, clean, organized, and good facilities. He room is spacious and properly equipped. Breakfast beside he pool is a great option.
We arrived early in the morning were taken to private room for check in. We were offered an upgrade to a villa which was amazing. The only disappointment was that our room was ready but it’s hotel policy that we had to pay $50 US to use it, I’ve never heard of this in any other country. The breakfast was yummy but we didn’t eat any other meals as it’s double the price than outside restaurants. We had 1 drink at the pool it was a cocktail but was very strong and expensive compared to street prices. The pools were fantastic and I found all the staff to be very friendly and welcoming.
An oasis in Siem Reap. Ideal for relaxing after visiting the Temples.. Perfectly manicured gardens full of flowers, a delight to stroll around. Staff, Cambodian hospitality at it's best - friendly helpful and smiling. Several restaurants to choose from with a treat being the house on stilts restaurant, a memorable dining experience. Breakfast..so much choice and really good coffee - not the usual dire hotel coffee. A really delightful hotel in every way.
Stayed here for 3 days at the end of a tour of Vietnam & Cambodia. Hotel is fabulous, rooms great, grounds gorgeous. Just outside of Siem Reap, so easy access into town. Would recommend this hotel. Siem Reap is a great place to visit, all sorts of things to do, bars restaurants night life. Enjoy.
Lovely friendly staff, very attentive. Hotel stunning 2 pools, beautiful gardens. Rooms very clean, comfortable beds, breakfast a very varied choice of foods! Provides free shuttle to town and airports which is a lovely touch. Lovely to relax in a little luxury before carrying on with your travels. Well done Cambodia.
