From start to finish our stay at Memoir D'Angkor was an utter delight. Our stay was for the last two nights of our honeymoon trip around southeast Asia and began at 6am when we arrived off the night bus and went straight to the hotel thinking that we would drop our bags, then check in later at a more civilized hour! As soon as we walked through the door our wonderful host, Pichmonika Paul, made us feel welcome, and arranged for us to check in straight away before getting out and exploring. The hotel arranged our tuk tuk tour of the Angkor temples for us, at the best price we found (we did shop around), and gave us great advice on places to visit independent of the temples. Our room was a dream, immaculate and spotlessly clean, with perfectly comfortable bed and a good strong shower. Pichmonika was always there to greet us whenever we walked through the lobby, and always with a handy hint or cheery word to make our day just a little better! When returning to the hotel after our day visiting the temples we found our room beautifully decorated to welcome us back, and even a cake congratulating us on our honeymoon. Quite simply, I don't think I have ever stayed in a better hotel. The room, staff, pool and breakfast we're all first rate and the location was excellent for both temples and town. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough. It was an utter joy!

This hotel is the best. and lives up to all it claims it has great food ,clean ,close to pub street and there is a great night market and large shopping and supermarket next door. the staff are so friendly and cant do enough for you they greet you every time you go out ,always have time to talk to you about your plans for that day and arrange transport from cars taxis or tuk tuk to get to places like angkor wat.oh and greet you when you return to hotel with cool face towel which is much needed after walking in the heat of siem reap. when we arrived we got a cool drink and a free 15 minute foot massage .the rooms are big and have everything you want we even had a free mini bar .the pool is great to relax by and have a drink after an afternoon sightseeing and before going out to pub street only about a 10 minute walk or 4 minutes by tuk tuk for $2 or $3. The restaurant at the hotel,,,the G W C,,, is A1 .We had the best steak there . we where treated more as family than guests and a special thanks to Koy and Nika two of the nicest people you could meet . but then again the same can be said for all the staff ,it was a joy to stay here and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and the restaurant and if i could would give it 10 stars .

This is a very nice, clean, and well appointed hotel within walking distance of great restaurants and bars. Just be careful crossing the streets; traffic is nuts. Staff is highly attentive and courteous; you will want for nothing. Restaurant provides ample options for various tastes and expectations. If you are traveling from the West you will certainly find this hotel on par with any 3 or 4 star hotel in Europe.

We spent 02 nights this Feb and were very amazed by the helpful staff, the comfortable spaces and their responsiveness. Yet we were not very happy with the price the staff offered when we wanted to book a tuk tuk and private tour. The buffet was delicious with different dishes. I will recommend our friends.

We ended up spending more time than initially booked. Location is just perfect. You can walk to the Night Market/Pub Street as well as to the National Museum and Royal Palace. Staff is very attentive and respectful. Pick up at airport was a great start for a wonderful stay. We booked a car and guide through the hotel and it worked out flawlessly. Maybe could do with a bit less trying to sell the tours/taxis/tuktuk´s but the staff all offer a high standard of service and a very personal touch. Breakfast buffet is a delight and there is something for everybody. The pool area is very relaxing and a real joy after a hot day touring around. Had dinner at the restaurant and can definitely recommend, both on the western as well as on the asian side. Will recommend to our friends traveling to Siem Reap.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days in the hotel. The staff was very friendly, with good hospitality skills. All speak English reasonably well, attentive and welcoming with a smile.Special thanks to Pisey, Mark and Monica. They took care of our sightseeing and arranged it so well. the spa girls (who massaged us ) were brillant. Thanks again to all the staff who served us. special thanks to Thou Meng Long (Dawind) (Mr.) who was in touch with me thru e-mail and made arrangements for sightseeing in siem reap.

We had a lovely stay at Memoire d' Angkor. From our prompt pick up at the Siem Reap airport where there was bottled water for us, to our arrival to the hotel where we provided with welcome drinks, I cannot say enough good things about the hospitality. My fiancee and I had a short stay and our main reason for visit was to do the sunrise tour of Angkor Wat. Upon our arrival to the hotel, we were helped with setting up our tour by the hotel. They provided a tuk tuk driver to pick us up at 4:30 AM to take us to get tickets and be with us for the day as we explored the temples for only 25 USD. The driver was wonderful and always had water waiting for us when we met back with him. The hotel also offered to have a to-go breakfast waiting for us the morning of our tour since it would be too early to partake in the hotel's sitdown breakfast area (when we were able to experience the breakfast our second morning there it was delicious). Cannot recommend this place enough! The room was also wonderful, but what made this hotel extraordinary were the people.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was in a great location walking distance to Pub street but not too close to have any noise issues also walking distance to the museum. We stayed in the Memoire suite and it was very roomy with an enormous bathroom and everything you could possibly need. The staff were very friendly and helpful with good hospitality skills and all speak English reasonably well. The restaurant was 1st class with good choice of quality western dishes as well as Cambodian dishes. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We have enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very attentive. Comfortable bed and facilities. Great breakfast and food. Pool and spa are nice. Free laundry a bonus. Best passion Mojito in town. Special mention of Reaksa “Rockstar” and Peter.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here at Memoire d’ Angkor. I am very surprised with the service and attention to details this boutique hotel has to offer. I’ve been to Cambodia many times and in particular Seam Reap so I’ve experienced various level of services of hotels in 5 star and 4 star hotels. Memoire d’ Angkor: 1. welcome us with a greeter and driver at the airport ahead of time, with a good service and comfortable car. 2. Upon arrival the staff greeted us with a friendly smile and yummy Cambodian Crushed-Ice drinks 3. The rooms are very clean and up to high standard. White linen, spacious shower, complimentary bottled water, TV with channels important to me like Bloomberg, CNN, basically international. 4. The LOCATION is excellent, it’s 10-15 minutes walk to the Old Market and Pub, walking distance to Royal Palace area, there are plenty of cafes, massage area, supermarkets just next door of the hotel. 5. Staff give attention to details of what we need and want. 6. Facilities are in good condition such as gym, swimming pool, massage spa, retails shopping stores and restaurants. 7. Food and drink is really good and service is like 5 star. After talking to the hotelier General Manager Mr. Set Sokun I found out he came from hospitality background like Sofitel which means that the kind of service you’ll expect with a price significantly lower. Here are some photos of this wonderful boutique hotel. I will recommend this hotel to any family, couple, friends who will visit Seam Reap. I will stay at this hotel again next time. Best of all this hotel is a supporter of “CCDO Cambodia Community Dream Organization” which helps local community on basic needs such as water well, workshop on agriculture, health and education program”.
