The hotel is great, it's nearby the places that a tourist has to go such as the temples, bars (pub street), souvenir shops and other more. In addition, the facilities are great such as the rooms, pool and restuarant. Most importantly, their service is excellent, their staff really looks after you, like to guide and plan for places you want to go and they also suggest places that you might want to go. Lastly, in my own experience, their staff treated me as a good friend rather than a customer. This hotel is an easy 5/5 rating.
Located at the heart of Siem Reap, accessible to all the places you want to visit either by walking or riding a tuktuk. For me, this is the best place to stay if you want to come visit Siem Reap. The place smells so sweet of the lemon grass aroma that is so calming and stress relieving. The food is very good and in variety wherein you have lots of food to choice from. The service is superb. All the hotell staff that i have transacted with are so helpful, friendly and kind. They help me arranged my everyday schedule seeing to it that i wont miss anything. I am so grateful to Mark, Mike, Phark, Sokha, Toma and the other guy in the resto..Thank you very much guys you make my stay so memorable and I know a lot about your country and your culture. Staying in Memoire D'Angkor Boutique Hotel feels like home...I highly recommend this hotel.
I am a business traveler to Siem Reap and opt for stay in this hotel simply because of great location and the good service level. We stayed in the Memoire Suite room and have not regret the choice. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is the main-selling point of this hotel, its just minutes of walk away from Pub Street for a quick meal, 15 minutes to Angkor Ticket Counters and 15 minutes from Airport. The front office is presentable with a pace service on finding your bookings. The breakfast spread is good for any western and asian travelers. I am a travel agent myself so I am talking about what customer will expect to choose a hotel. Thanks again Memoire team and Mr. Kim Seang for this excellent stay.
We enjoy very much our stay at Memoire d'Angkor Boutique Hotel in Siem Reap. Very nice room and pleasant pool for the end of the day! We add a special thanks to Reaksmey Tuy (Mark 😉) for all his attentions and his kindness.
They picked us up at the airport. The staff was all very nice, especially Mike, who was the one picking us up at the airport. There's a variety of food offered for the breakfast. The room is nice & tidy, with fast wifi. The pool is also a nice place to rest & chill. It was a nice 5-day stay!
The hotel is very nice, we booked the suite and it was a large room with a super bathroom. We asked for high-speed wifi since my husband needed it for an important phone call, and they provided it. The breakfast was delicious with a mix of western and local dishes. Very kind staff.
Arrived one week ago, still have one week to go. Such a delightful hotel with the most amazing friendly staff. Nothing seems an effort for them. Always willing to help. Always obliging. Rooms very clean. Food from restaurant lovely and a great choice. Have been to the massage rooms and had a great massage. So professional. The pool area lovely. Happy hour very nice. Would like to make special message re some staff members. Firstly Reaksmey ( Mark) Guest relations. Always so helpful and kind, then Sokha and Khemy receptions, very friendly. Then last but not least the wonderful restaurant staff. They very "cheeky" but so professional too. Thida, Hostess Captain, floor staff Reaksa and Koy.
We are currently halfway through a fourteen night stay at Memoire D'Angkor Boutique Hotel, on our first visit to Cambodia. The hotel is genuinely close local facilities (modern supermarket complex next door), a ten minute walk, or $2 tuk-tuk to the main Siem Reap entertainment area. The famous Angkor Wat temple complex, National Museum and other interesting sites are less than ten minutes and few dollars by any tuk-tuk which are always parked by the front door. Rooms are large, well air-conditioned and clean. Hotel staff in all areas are honestly delightful, presenting a warm and welcoming environment to new guests unfamiliar with Cambodia. Breakfast has lots of hot and cold food and topped up continually. You must try the pumpkin juice. Suprisingly very nice. My husband and I recommend this hotel without hesitation. Had special chats with "Mark"Reaksmey. Hope all his future plans work out for him. Khemy, Sokha, Thida, Reaksa and Koy. All were very attentive, helpful and friendly. Halfway through our stay here and so far we are very impressed with the Hotel and their wonderful staff. They are so helpful and friendly. Will go out of their way to help you. We were upgraded with our room at a small cost and so glad we did as very nice room. Very clean and tidy. Highly recommend this hotel to all Aussies and others. Special Thanks to Khemy, Sokha, Reaksmey (Mark), Reaksa and my favourite, Thida the Hostess Captain. Than you All for a wonderful stay. Only negative feedback is long wait for poached eggs in morning as done elsewhere to other egg. Don't let this deter you from staying here. Great location next to supermarket and close to Pub Street.
We visited this hotel on a long weekend with some friends from the US! We couldn't have asked for anything more. Our rooms were beautiful and with the free upgrade we were living that first class life! The pool is big and scenic with the lounge swings a perfect place to share a bottle of wine or drinks. Staff we're accommodating in every way! We never needed lunch with such a big breakfast!
