This was a wondeful place in a great location. Would recommend and visit again. Food in restaurant and free breakfast was absolutrly delicious. Location is very convenient.

Everything was great at this hotel. Polite and friendly staff. Clean modern facilities.

Excellent choice for a Siem Reap visit. The hotel is immaculately clean and well kept. The staff was outstanding, well-spoken and attentive to all our needs. The staff went out of their way to help us with a medical emergency and just everything to make us comfortable. The pool area is lovely; the reception area comfortable. And other major advantage to us was the central location-- an easy walk to so many things, from the Angkor National Museum in one direction to Pub Street in the other, although frankly we used tuk-tuks to those destinations, for the fare is so little. By not being in the tourist downtown, the hotel was quiet at night. The hotel provided free pick-up at the airport and arranged inexpensive and convenient transfer back. We did walk to the Lucky Mall, and it's very well stocked grocery store. A multitude of bank AMT's and shops are within a few meters of the hotel. An very big extra plus is the excellent dining room (open all day) that serves some of the finest food in Siem Reap at very reasonable prices. The breakfast is quite complete and we really enjoyed great dinners after full days of sightseeing. This hotel went a long way to contributing to our very positive impression of Cambodia and willingness to return. Highly recommended.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful. The service is extraordinary.

We had a great experience that this hotel. It started with the amazing front desk staff. They were knowledgeable and super accommodating. We arrived tired and hot and were greeted with smiles, cool towels and a nice welcome drink. Sovann and Monika were especially kind and helpful with our 6 yr old daughter. She has been asking to go back daily! Monika gave us great advice on where to go and was so friendly! Wow I have never been treated so well! They also arranged for our tuk tuk driver and he took us everywhere we needed to go throughout our stay at a very reasonable price. The pool was a great way to cool off after very warm days temple sightseeing. The spa was also great both my husband and I had good experiences there. All in all a great little hotel but the staff really went above and beyond! Thank you! We miss you all!

Welcoming drink, warm, beautiful and friendly staff that simply couldn't do enough for us. We had an excellent tour of Angkor Wat complex including at sunrise and sunset. The hotel made sure we had free water, fresh fruit upon our return from a days excursion and french desserts were waiting in our room on our final night. The night market is about 2 blocks away and you're in the heart of the shopping, hotel and restaurant district. The food at the hotel was also marvelous with a free generous breakfast buffet. This may sound like a made up review but it is real. My sister and I are from Los Angeles and blown away by our stay in Cambodia..

My wife an I visited this hotel for 4 nights on our honeymoon. From the minute we walked through the door the staff was doing everything they could to be as accommodating as possible. Very clean rooms and facilities. Onsite restaurant is great for a quick bite to eat or grabbing an afternoon cocktail. Food and service is good. The hotel was able to coordinate a driver for our trip to visit the temples. We were also able to purchase tickets at the hotel to the museums to avoid lines. I will say that the hotel saved my sanity when I left my phone in the taxi after our trip to visit the temple. They were able to contact the taxi company and get my phone back for me. Thank you JP! Great hotel, incredible staff, not far from anything you want to do, would definitely stay there again.

Very pleasant stay: the room was very comfortable, the breakfast and restaurant very good too.

I booked this hotel online as a package deal which included laundry, free mini bar, free transfers and the room allowed for two single beds as well as a kingsize bed. We only had two days in Siem Reap, so I was not so worried about location etc. I dont usually stay in boutique hotels, so I didn't really know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is so funky. The interior was designed by a premier local artist so from the moment you arrive outside, you feel like you are visiting a friend. The staff were super helpful and took pride in meeting each guest's needs. We were travelling with older children, so the extra space in the rooms and the double bathrooms was excellent. The room had great charm, and you felt like you were in Cambodia. There is a nice pool area that you can cool off after a day visiting the temples and a basic gym. The shop next door has all the interior decorations for sale, I thought I should look elsewhere before buying from there, which was a waste of precious time, as the prices are reasonable and the quality fantastic The food was basic but tasty and great for the children. The location was convenient. The staff were open to suggestions to improve. We will be coming back.

This hotel is not in Night Bazaar (Night Market area) and not on PUB Street (the local hot spot to be nights)... It is within walking distance which I like because nights are quiet in this hotel and it is 10 (?) min walk to Pub Street and plethora of shopping. Hotel staff very helpful, and want you to enjoy their hotel and country. Cambodia such a beautiful country - more so than Thailand. Huge elegant trees everywhere ! Hotel has good wifi and restaurant but restaurant only open (when I was there) for breakfast. You can order until 10 pm and it is cooked in rest. kitchen, but so many places to eat nearby including Pub Street. There are some very elegant hotels with old 1920s elevators requiring cage door to close then 2nd door of elevator to ascend / descend from rooms (former French Hotels) in town of Siem Reep however, why spend such high end prices for place to sleep? This hotel is very nice. Had trip planned to go to Angkor Tom early one morning (large ancient site - cooler mornings) but driver took me to some other place (reason unknown) so I canceled that days trip to return to hotel and hotel refunded my money paid for that day driver (approx $ 30 - 35 day for driver a/c vehicle.... $ 20 day for tuk-tuk driver). Definitely like this hotel. There is a pool w/nice seating about it w/food, drinks

Just a brief walk to PUB STREET (local and foreign style restaurants/pubs, shopping, and post office). Close enough to walk but without any noise if you like to rest or have romantic evening with your special someone. Some rooms have elegant hanging sofas. Very nice rooms and good price. Hotel room refreshments were free in my room! Hey, that was so good for me when thirsty after day enjoying the elegant trees and ancient sites! esp. the water. Sure other hotels are available if you want to spend higher amounts with 1920s cage style elevators (think France or the Curious Case of Benjamin Button' starring Brad Pitt elevator scene) with same era old cars out front for airport pick-up etc (maybe worth the price just to enjoy such wonderful old car ride ! hahahah)

Not far from Post Office or Museum.. and can walk to night market in just couple of minutes. Easy to get to sites. Free drinks in refrigerator. YEs, surprised me to. Not just free water in refrigerator and naturally coffee in room as well + free laundry. YEs ! Each night bring you more water and sweets. Very helpful staff.

The service here is awesome! The staff is so friendly and completely helpful. The breakfast buffet is perfect--a beautiful spread of food, excellent coffee, lovely fresh fruit, omelet and noodle bar, and a range of cold and hot items. The rooms are clean and comfy with lots of amenities and great big soaking tubs. Free wifi that works consistently. I will stay here again and highly recommend this place.
