What an Amazing place to stay! The staff was always willing to help with such beautiful smiles. Great location to so many restaurants, local attractions and a lot of massage places. We did the Apsara dinner at the hotel and that exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety.

The rooms (we have two rooms for the family) are very clean and beautifully decorated with fresh flowers! The staff there can not be better: they’re very polite and helpful! The location is perfect: very close to the markets and nice spa places, yet, the environment is very private and pl. rooms are very quiet! Breakfast is great! One can have dinner with performance in the hotel!

The staff was so kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. They even found a nut for the screw that fell off my crutch. Had a wheelchair ready and were so thoughtful!

We stayed for 4 days at the Golden Temple Residence for my birthday where we were greeted with cold towels, water and snacks. It’s a lovely boutique hotel in Siem Reap and is situated central to most things. The night markets are a 5 minute walk. They have a driver who can take you too and from the airport. It’s also conveniently placed to arrange for a tuktuk to the temples. The staff are amazing, they are so friendly and go above and beyond to help you. They arranged some lovely surprises for my wife's birthday. The spa experience is also excellent where they offer an array of treatments and there are special offers so you don’t pay full price. The staff also provide snacks which appear in your room at the time of cleaning it. They have a good variety of food for breakfast. On some days of the week they offer a meal and dancing show. Slightly more pricey than eating elsewhere in Siem Reap but worth it for the extra money. The staff know how to make you feel special- especially Rin who spoke to us on most days. After a long sweaty day of exploring, you are greeted with cold towels at the door. The only downside is that the walls are a little thin but I was still able to manage some good sleep. The bathroom was also unique and they supply a lovely little clay pot of body scrub. We definitely recommend this hotel and shall be visiting again!

AC lacking in common areas

The snack they gave us, fried plantains and peanuts, were so good. But we were rushed and take away of the food wasn’t offered. The packaged version of the peanuts in the room wasn’t as good. We generally liked the place. We were only given one key card which also turned off the electricity in the room every time we took it with us when we left. Temperature in the room when we got back wasn’t as comfortable. All common areas had no AC. Very uncomfortable when the temperature was 90-95F. We ate at the hotel a few times. Food was just OK. Not great. We sought out restaurants with AC, such as the Hyatt. There must have been a mosquito in the room. We were bitten on our legs so many times. The pool was nice, although the stepped entry was a little difficult.
