The pictures show on Orbitz overall the hotel conditions are far less good than pictures
The hotel is located near shops and restaurants. The wide selection in their breakfast buffet covering asian and western cuisine is a big plus. The rooms are spacious with adequate lighting. It has a nice pool. The staffs are friendly. The room wifi was fast and my connection did not drop. My only gripe were the mosquitoes in the evening while we dined in at their lobby restaurant. However, there were no mosquitoes in our room. Definitely can recommend this hotel.
Good value. Good location, easily a 5-7 min walk to Pub Street and Night Market. 10 min by van to Temples. Price included rountrip transfer from airport + breakfast. Not the fanciest by any stretch of the imagination, but a decent place to sleep and easy to sight-see from.
Professional, well dressed staff greet guests at the door. Check in was fast and an attendant did it for us while we relaxed in a seating area. Daily breakfast was beautifully prepared and plentiful. The pool was relaxing and serene. It was a top experience.
What a great value for the money we paid. I don't think it gets any better. The staff couldn't do more for us if they tried and they were all so nice. The room and the pool were first rate. And the breakfast left you wanting for nothing. It had every kind of food imaginable, but the coffee was cold every morning. They would put it in the microwave if you asked them. The location was great. It is in walkable distance of the night market or just a $1.00 tuk tuk ride away. I would definately recommend this hotel.
Hotel staffs very kind, facilities good, rooms clean, restaurant outstanding, pool excellent, decorations outstanding.
The details at the hotel seem to be overlooked by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly, but they failed to provide any info about the property or area unless specifically asked. They were also unwilling to help arrange tours or transportation (besides calling for one of the tuk tuks sitting in the parking lot). The one way transfer listed in my reservation was not honored by the hotel. The cabinets and drawers were all missing handles in the room. The power went out for about 10 seconds on at least 3 different occasions. After talking with others at bars and restaurants, I would suggest a guest house by Pub St/Old Market area.
Location is perfect. The night market and restaurants are within walking distance. The pool is very clean and huge. Great service. Really happy with our stay. only one thing- just make sure to close your front door clompletely when leaving. The door shuts automatically but tends to leave a crack open.
This is a beautifully appointed hotel with all the amenities. They sent a car to collect me at the airport when I sent my flight details. They booked my tour and bus tickets, and staff were always very friendly and courteous. Bathrooms are huge. Location is ideal. Concenient to all the temples Overall a great place to stay.
Overall, this hotel provided an EXCELLENT accomodation for us. First and foremost, this hotel has an excellent staff!!!!! All smiles, all helpful, all so professional. The hotel also has an ecellent pool and is located in an excellent location. The market and Pub Street are a nice 5-10 min walk. Angkor Wat and its many temples are a quick Tuk Tuk ride away. Only issue (very minor) was ciggarrett smell in the room.
Breakfast was nice. Market areas are close to the hotel.
great price, breakfast buffet is great. walking distance to downtown restaurants and bazaar but a bit further away from luxury hotel area and better boutique shopping. overall great value!
