Perfect Oasis

Normally I don't write a long review, but this hotel was one the best part of our trip (and we visited 4 countries). The staff was wonderful in every aspect, always trying to make us comfortable and feel like we were in a oasis. On the first night we had a little problem with the toilet, which was addressed immediately and we were offered to spend that night in another room, but on the very next day the toilet was fixed and we returned to the original room. 100% excellent service. Breakfast with a variety of local and international food, was also one of the highest point of our stay that we enjoyed, with fruits, yogurts, ham and cheeses, breads, omelets made to order, hot stations with different local food, coffee, tea and I know I'm forgetting things because it was a lot. The room was spacious and comfortable with very unique and beautiful bathroom and shower box. The pool was the real oasis for relaxing and refreshing after visits to the temples, tours and shopping. Perfect set up. Great location, walking distance to markets, shopping and restaurants.

Amazing location and warm hospitality

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. It has an excellent location, is very clean, and offers plenty of great amenities. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive - they make you feel welcome from the very first moment. I also booked the Angkor Wat tour through the hotel, and it couldn’t have been better. The driver was professional, and the guide was knowledgeable and friendly - it really made the experience unforgettable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property and I will definitely stay there again in the future. The place is well-maintained and has a nice charm, but what puts it over the top is definitely the service of the staff. I was treated with the utmost respect, and the staff was super helpful, attentive, and genuinely conveyed a sense that they cared about my stay and how it was going. The hotel is very conveniently placed, and it is easy to walk too many local attractions in the area. It is literally less than one block away from the main entrance to Pub Street. Outstanding

My wife and I stayed here as part of our 25th wedding anniversary celebrations. I speak highly enough of the staff who consistently greeted us with big smiles and cool wet towels. The hotel is fairly close to Pub Street but is thankfully just far enough away to be quiet and tranquil. The pool and swim up bar was amazing and the peanuts they served with drinks were sensational. The restaurant was also great value and I would thoroughly recommend the Fish Amok. Our room was always clean and was beautifully decorated. If we ever visit Cambodia again we will definitely be staying at Central Suite Residence.
