We had the King Pool Suite for 5 night. First night we were on street side which was loud due to the volleyball courts across the street. The mgmt changed us to Villa 9 which was in the back and perfectly situated. A very positive experience with our butler, Neand, who was there for us at all hours. He seemed to respond to us during our entire stay regardless of time. Excellent job from him and better than any other butler service we have had before. Actually, the entire staff from serving staff to people in the spa provided top-notch and friendly service.

What a wonderful property and people! We rented a villa and a 2-bed room. The villa was amazing. Son, our butler, was top notch. The food was delicious. Everyone working was just so pleasurable, amazing and downright lovely. Our saddest day was our check out day. The Shinta will not disappoint! And Cambodia is just wonderful!

A little jewel down town Siem Reap, ideally located walking distance for old market and other shopping area. Perfect relaxing place after a day in the temples, the swimming pool is a relieve. Staff, from réception, restaurant to house keeper are super friendly, very accommodating and proudly represent the beauty of the Khmer Smile. A great place, will be back for sure.

The team running this property were exceptional. My wife and I arrive separately at different times and we were both met separately at the airport by the hotel car. 1 hour journey from the huge empty new airport. WiFi in the car. Very simple check in. Quiet room despite central location. A/C was a lifesaver. Complimentary breakfast. Tip, wait for the menu before loading too much from the excellent buffet. Trips arranged by front desk were brilliant. Central location really worked and when it was too hot to walk to markets, local bars, restaurants and pub street then we used the “Grab” app to book $1 Tuktuks.

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful stay in a pool villa at the shinta Mani. The room was wonderful with inclusive minibar and daily laundry which was so helpful with children (and after hot days seeing the temples). The staff were fantastic and so helpful, arranging excursions, tickets and tuk-tuks for us. We’d definitely recommend and hope to be back!
