The property seems to be slowly remodeling. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was more than adequate. Our room was huge. Our biggest concerns included: limited lighting in the room such that it would have been impossible to read printed text in bed; where the shower walls met the concrete floor was poorly sealed and appeared to be rotting; there was no comfortable seating chair in the room, only a ridged plastic chair at the very small desk area. Finally, access to the property was down a very narrow dirt road and apparently limited parking.
The staff was amazing. The perfect refuge for touring angor wat. Everything you need is here.
There were flies and mosquitoes in my room. Our room entry view was dirty stagnant water. They couldn't change our room despite requests. Breakfast was ok. No name plates on food so we had to ask if something was vegetarian or not unless it was obvious. No iron or iron board in the room. Staff is very kind and helpful.
This was a great property. They picked us up from the airport and took us back. the check-in and check-out were easy processes. We loved the food and the bar area. The amenities were great in the room and we liked the Spa services. This was a great place and we would stay here again.
The hotel is not on the main road, which makes for a clean, quiet, peaceful getaway!
Loved this hotel! The staff went *above and beyond* in their level of service. We felt truly taken care of. The room was also gigantic, the pool nice, and the breakfast tasty. The price is strangely inexpensive as well. Would definitely stay again.
They picked us up at the airport and advised us that the electricity was out at the hotel .they took us to their sister hotel which they claimed was a five star hotel which we s clearly was not The two person room was cramped No real selection for breakfast- it was awful
Probably my one regret during my travels was not booking a longer stay in Siem Reap at the Angkor Elysium. The hotel is not only luxurious but comfortable, with a beautiful pool (with swim-up bar) and lovely room accommodations. Check-in was quick, courteous, and inviting, and the complimentary breakfast in the morning deliciously offered a mix of local cuisine and foreign fare to appeal to every palate. Great location that's equally close to the city center, international airport, and the Angkor temples, and the hotel offers tour options to easily access the local sights. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone making a trip to lovely Siem Reap, you won't regret even a single night, but you'll be thankful if you stay longer.
If there is six star I will give them a six star.... I have spen a few night here and love everything about it.. I spend most of my time stay in the hotel and didn’t go out much because weather is too hot .. Lucky I have chosen this hotel they have the best pool (huge) to chill me down. My room just meter away from the pool so it is convenient for me. The room was large and spacious, good view toward the pool and garden room nice and clean. Location was perfect not too close to the crowded city just away from the main road nice and quiet. So if you like me this is a perfect place to relex .
This boutique hotel is so peaceful, beautiful and calm, tucked away in a small side road with no noise. The rooms are huge as are the bathrooms. Everywhere is spotlessly clean with lush vegetation. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast and dinner were excellent with very good range of choice. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at in south east Asia and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Greeted with cool towel and welcome drinking by staff. There was a restaurant onsite and pool bar but what i liked most was inviting swimming pool. Room was spacious and my room was meter away from swimming pool. It was such a good trip.
The hotel is located far from the city center. Large, comfortable rooms. The pool is great. The restaurant at the hotel is great, great food. The only problem is just the distance from the center. The staff is great and courteous
I appreciate the flexibility of the hotel staff and the reservation team for meeting all of my requests and changes. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is a little bit far from the usual nightlife hangout places, but I liked it because it was quiet. I loved the big glass window providing natural brightness.
I really enjoyed staying there. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They provide free pick up from the airport and free rides to the market.
The location is tucked away and not around any walking distance destinations but the staff is impeccable as well as the facilities. They offered free tuk tuk rides to town any time we asked (just tipped the driver) and it is cheap and easy to get back to the hotel. They also provide Angkor Wat/temple day trips for a reasonable price.
