Easy to get too, not to large to have to cart luggage etc. Good enough breakfast, we only need muffin and coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I will say that the beds were comfortable. The staff was not overly friendly at all. They charged my daughter and I for linen and towels after our checkout and we were already travelling down the highway, not able to dispute. One towel we definitely know was accidentally stained by residue from hair dye. I could agree with that. But they also charged us for two face cloths and four pillowcases? There was no residue from Hair on the pillowcases. And the face cloths were definitely able to come clean. I know the state I left the room was excellent. I’ve never heard of being charged for towels and linens before? Not even given the opportunity to debate. Or see if the linen would come clean??? the fact that they called me two hours later after I left town was unacceptable.

The floors in our room were dirty (hair, dust, residue) and the entire door handle and lock was not attached to the door. They weee quick to fix the door but our entire week stay I had to ask them to clean our room which only was done once. I’ve stayed here on and off over the last serval years and the hotel is showing its age and lack of upkeep. Used to be a cute boutique hotel. There were extra fees upwards of $50 per night added to our charges after the fact which could have been Expedia and not the hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous.
