Excellent location as we were attending a convention at TCU Place. The rooms were just okay, as this is a very old hotel that has been re-branded and renovated many times. Rooms are average and our room could have had a thorough carpet cleaning. The TV remote didn't work (not a big deal), but the beds were quite comfy and I had very good sleeps. Maid woke us up from an afternoon nap when we had a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on our door just to hand us our facecloths. We also walked out of the breakfast buffet because we waited and waited for a hostess, but no one came to seat us. Best bet is to use the Holiday Inn just a block away.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Nice clean hotel but it is starting to show a little age and could do with a fresh coat of paint and flooring but is very clean and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was very good (for an extra cost) and the lady that served/seated us was very nice and welcoming. Would stay again and would reccomend.
The rooms where decent and parking was close. The restaraunt is not my first choice in downtown saskatoon. So many other good restaraunts to chose from downtown saskatoon that are much better. The location of this hotel is in the heart of the city and is close to lots of shopping and clubs and food
Back in Saskatoon for the first time in a few years. Stayed at the Hilton of course. Some of the best staff I have ever come into contact with. Amninder Grewal helped me out tremendously. My first room was next to a busting lacrosse team, little loud for me! He quickly had me into another room in no time. Greeted with a fruit plate and a personal note from the manager at the first room. Very nice touch. Hotel is older but still nice, room was good. I’ll be back. Another great Hilton.
Nice hotel in good location. Staff was so helpful and friendly. It has a full restaurant that has great food. The rooms were fine and are okay they are the usual Hilton decor. They really made me feel at home.
Very good hotel in the downtown core, room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary coffee and available microwave much appreciated. The hotel has a small fitness room and indoor pool. Buffet style breakfast has a limited selection, however, omelet chef was a nice touch. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Outstanding service! Hotel staff were exceptional, rooms comfortable and spacious. Appreciated the occasional text from front desk staff ensuring we were happy with our stay. A complimentary breakfast was provided to the athletes staying in the hotel (our daughters were in a cheerleading competition) Unexpected but so appreciated!
The service we received from Karan during our stay was the best we have ever had at any hotel we have ever stayed. He went above and beyond the call of duty, was very professional, yet friendly. My husband got bronchitis while traveling. Karan delivered our room service and asked if he could use a humidifier since he did not feel well. He brought it to our room, filled it with water, and plugged it in and set it up for us and made sure it was operating correctly. A great experience at a time that was hard!
