Room was to be expected, bed fairly comfortable. Issue was with heat, it was 99°f in the room after we returned from our event. This issue was attended to quickly but not really solved, had to sleep with window open and an mobile air conditioning unit loud all night to keep the room cool. No where else to be moved as all rooms booked due to event. Gave us $30 off for inconvenience.

I've had better stays in Saskatoon.

Good location, affordable. But very noisy. The doors all have a slit underneath and you can hear everyone at the front desk, in the hallway talking loudly all day and night. It made it really hard to sleep. I was on the first floor so the people above me were stomping around which I'm guessing means there is no insulation between floors. My room looked clean but I kept finding long blonde hairs stuck to my socks which made me feel like it wasn't vacuumed. Front desk service was nice, and they provide 24/7, water, tea and coffee. Morning they have cereal and muffins. If you need minimalist place to stay, this could be a good choice.

We liked that we could walk to Sasktel Centre. The hotel itself was very basic with a high price point. The breakfast advertised was just muffins, and they were all gone at 8:45 and we were told we missed out. Our room had pills in it, maybe just Advil but I'm happy I found them before the kids. One on the chair and two on the floor. The pool area was set up great but unfortunately the water was too cold to enjoy, the kids came out shivering after a few minutes and us adults stayed out. We had brought some food with us but the refrigerator was off when we got to the room and took overnight to cool off, the frozen food did not stay frozen. We wouldn't choose to stay overnight again as a family.
