The room was very clean, reception is very welcoming when checking in and out, and the restaurant was great. It was busy with kids sports tournaments, but we didnt find it loud from our room at all. Tons of parking at the hotel, so we were happy that was not an issue. It could use some cosmetic touch ups here and there (too be expected with the amount of people that go through), but we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The hotel was lovely, beautiful pool and restaurant area with real plants. Loved that it had a Starbucks. It got a little cold when we were swimming because it is open to the lobby so the cold air from the front doors made it chilly. But we loved that it had a nice big deep end. The pool towels were tiny and hard to come by. My biggest complaint was with housekeeping. We were there 3 nights and every morning when they cleaned they did not refill our coffee stations, bathroom toiletries or towels. I had to go down every afternoon to ask for refills and towels. Also the garbages being emptied was hit or miss, only done once. Otherwise the ambiance of the hotel itself was beautiful and the staff seemed nice.

Room was fine, found it warm with no way to cool it down much even with the window open, but wasn’t terrible. Hotel was very busy, completely booked so the wait to go up or down the elevators was always lengthy. Also had someone bang on our door and rattle the handle at 9am waking us up and then take off but that’s not the hotels fault. We didn’t eat there as we thought it was included continental but wasn’t. We also didn’t have time to swim but the garden area is nice, though we likely wouldn’t have swam due to the fact that the pool is in the middle of the garden and everyone can see you. But overall for the price it was good
