The place itself was nice but had no hot water to shower. The sink kept plugging and when we went to call the front desk from the room there was no number for us to to call down. Then I went to the desk and no one was there to talk to me so we left

The room was nice, but the shower control had been detached from the wall. Shower needed hooks for hanging. There were stains on the furniture, making the place look dirty. I could have gotten more for less money.

The good points to the hotel was the staff were all very welcoming and did a great job. The VIP breakfast was great! The room however was not clean. The sheets were dirty and ripped. Need new sheets for the bed and the covers. Found the mattress base had dirt and hair on it. The doors, cabinets were not clean. Need to upgrade your vacuums because they don't do a good job. Walls need to be cleaned also. I haven't been to the Saskatoon Inn for a few years but my daughter recommended it for our trip. Very disappointed. Bath tub needs work was very stained. I hope you consider talking to your hotel housekeeping manager up their cleaning expectations. This use to be one of the best hotels its a shame to see it go so down hill.
