The food was excellent, the bar staff wonderful. The only glitch was the shower would not come on when you pulled the diverter. So a bath it was! Staff said they would get right on it today

Our sheets were still dirty on one of our beds and the thermostat didn’t work in the room. Because we had two infants with us we didn’t want to change rooms after we realized the issues. We also forgot a personal item after we checked out and realized a few hours later. We called the housekeep staff twice and no one ever followed up. We went back to the hotel and the personal item was never found. Even though we know for sure it was left in the room. It’s just uncomfortable knowing honesty wasn’t being show. We won’t be staying there again.

Room felt very neglected, upon arrival and checked in room was very dirty mtress protector have yellow stains and blood on it couch had blood stains. They wanted me to to strip bed and repalce all bedding at 2am after driving for 4 hours. I requested a new room got thst after a big fuss 2nd room still not the cleanest but better. Will bot be staying again a once good hotel is run down now and not properly looked after.

This is our second time staying here. The first time wasn’t the best but decided to try it again and We came back after being out all day and the room was cleaned but noticed our breakfast vouchers were gone. Then told the front desk they were gone and then the lady at front desk only gave one day out of the two days of the vouchers back. Then noticed the next morning things were taken out of the box of our trucks. We unfortunately won’t be back to this hotel
