Booked 2 queens, received 2 doubles. Rooms are very dated. We had to switch rooms since the heat wasn’t working in our first room. They ran out of cribs for my baby even tho I asked a week in advance and said they would have one.

The shuttle service was very slow in arriving at the airport but the room was excellent and very clean. I ordered room service in the morning and it took my order but did not respond. I was on the 7th floor and went to go down to the lobby for checkout. the elevator did not work and was apparently was down. I would not have know this if the housekeeper had not told me. She called down to the front desk for help for me for my luggage as we had to take the stairs down to the lobby. Communication to the guests with an out of order sign on the elevators on each floor and a phone call from room service that they could not make a delivery would have been very helpful.
