My wife and I booked a room for our 2 year anniversary. Upon arriving they say that the dates were wrong. So I asked if there was any way to fix it, and all they said was no. No explanation, no refund, no other rooms, and no help. Terrible service and management.
This is a great place to stay should you find yourself in Saskatoon. The staff are always welcoming and very courteous. Rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. Hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance of several great restaurants and attractions. The breakfast is awesome and more than enough to start your day with a bang!
The room was an average holiday inn room, nothing special, not too bad. The bad experience was when I went into the pool without wearing my glasses and feeling algae at the bottom. Getting out of the pool and putting on my glasses revealed algae on the steps and walls. Obviously the owner doesn't like to keep the pool in good condition and doesn't monitor it properly. I enjoy swimming during my stays so this is really disappointing that I will have to find a new place to stay when I'm in town.
Very comfy, great location and awesome amenities. Breakfast was awesome, staff were great and the pool was fabulous. The beds were very comfy and check in was super fast. The place was very clean. I am Holiday Inn faithful and this didn't disappoint.
Great location close to everything downtown in Saskatoon ! The beds and pillows are amazing best sleep I have had in a hotel in a long time , Super friendly staff always helpful. Easy check in , easy parking, great early breakfast too
My husband and I were travelling through town and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was so accommodating and willing to help in any way possible!
traveling thru Saskatchewan, and this Holiday Inn express was decently priced and close to downtown.Front desk staff were excellent (Rex)helpful and interested in their clients. Rooms were large, clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent, well laid out, warm and tasty. The fruit infused water near the front desk a nice touch. park near the front entrance as the back are is poorly lit. stay on the North side, as the railway tracks are on the south.
My sister, her hubby, and myself stayed in a 2 queen suite for 2 nights. Lots of room and very nice. Breakfast was nutritional and had various fruit choices. Loved having the coffee available 24/7, nice having a cup of decaf in the evening. We were in room 433 at the end of the hallway and very quite. Would highly recommend this hotel. Price maybe a little above average, but in my old age if a hotel is nice, quiet, and comfortable I don't mind spending a few dollars more. Cheese Omelettes for breakfast were better than the scrambled eggs.
My husband comes here on business and I come along to relax and get away for a few days. This Inn is in the perfect location just a 10 minute walk away from the mall and a 15 -20 minute walk away from downtown , the river valley parks and boardwalk avenue. There is a pretty decent free breakfast offered. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The workout room has enough of the basics. Overall a great value for our time spent in Saskatoon.
From check-in to check-out, the staff here couldn't be friendlier or more accomodating. We spent 3 nights in this hotel. Spotlessly clean, nicely decorated and well furnished. The Keurig coffe maker in the room is a nice touch. Very comfortable bed. Fruit and coffee available in the lobby day and night (sometimes cookies too). The complimentary breakfast was plentiful with something for everyone. Definitely our go-to place in Saskatoon.
