Everything was good

Great location near the river and staff were helpful and friendly

Great location by the river and close to 20th Street restaurants. Parking is very tight, can be very difficult to get into and out of parking spots

We found it a little dark, especially in the bathroom.

Well appointed but small rooms. Great views, super friendly staff. The down sides: Not enough light in the bathrooms (I had no way to see what I was doing to my face when getting ready and two other female hotel guests felt the same.) The blinds do not cover enough of the window. Needs solid panels on the edges to block the light better. Our bed was positioned so that the light at the edge came in directly on our faces every morning. Positioning of air vents so air falls on the bed at night. Should be directed somewhere else.

Staff were pleasant, room was nice, facility is nice and underground parking is a plus. The breakfast however, leaves a lot to be desired. It is nice that they have someone to cook eggs for you but the prices are atrocious. $16.00 per person for stale muffins/croissant and there was only 1/4 of a muffin left. Selection is very limited. And then on top of that they charge you extra for coffee which is so strong it is undrinkable and extra for each beverage you have, ie milk, juice.
