The lady at the front desk on the night of feb 5th was super polite! She was a delight to talk too. But unfortunately the front desk lady the morning of feb 6th was not very polite at all... she looked angry at everything. Didnt speak a single word to use. The room was nice tho, although the bathroom needed some minor fixes. Ex. Plug for tub was not screwed in and just set off to side of tub. The tap was almost falling out. Water was hard to adjust. Was either way to cold or way too hot.
Good place to stay. Good staff and nice room and bed. They should include more varieties in breakfast. Location is good too near provincial highway. Price could be little less compared to other hotels in the area.
The layout of the motel is the same across the country and that is actually a good thing, familiarity is ok when it comes to this motel chain. A few points not so good, an older style heat/ac unit that I had to unplugged to get any sleep and possibly the WORST bed I’ve slept in in sometime ( room 143). ...it actually felt like bed springs were poking through. Also patio doors were jammed and iced up so bad couldn’t open them initially.
Relatively quiet, checking staff were good, rooms clean and non smoking.parking is good and relatively secure. One of the downfalls for some may be no elevator to the second floor, however there are main floor rooms.
Our usual hotel was full, so we decided to try the Comfort Inn. We had stayed at the chain before and liked it. This location was great. It was a very busy week due to a large convention and I know the staff were very busy but the front desk were always friendly and polite. The housekeeping was fast and thorough. The breakfast had good selection -same as other Choice Hotel hot breakfasts. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we were happy to have a bath tub with hot water (not lukewarm!). We will definitely stay here again for short term stays, when we do not need a kitchenette or laundry.
Yes there were some concerns regarding my two visits, 3wks apart. However, the most important thing is that staff and mgmt took every opportunity to make things right. And this makes all the difference
Our experience was a good one. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was provided. There was a good variety of choices from which to select. Overall it was a good weekend for us.
Room and bath room was clean. you have almost everything in room (Fridge, Microwave, TV, Good lighting, enough mirror, Iron, Iron Table, enough closet, ) But no safe. good bedding. The one thing i really like was that you can park your car right beside your room and you have access to the parking from you room. it has average breakfast. considering the size of the hotel it was good at all.
Very clean. Staff very helpful and went out of their way to provide assistance. Manager Went out of his way to take me to get my truck from repair shop. Save me a lot of money from not having to get a cab.
When we travel to see the family in Alberta. Saskatoon is close be being half way and it is a nice break either on the way there or the way back. Comfort Inn is just off of the main road but still close enough that it is easy to get too. The rooms are quiet and breakfast is always filling.
