If you need anything you need only to ask staff members. Excellent place to stay..just need more signage, kept driving pass driveway. enjoy the stay...well worth it. lots of places to eat all with in the area
Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, free breakfast. Especially good if you're looking for a place near the airport. Affordable compared to most chains. Get an even better deal if you're a CA member! Reliable chain for sure.
Stayed here with two children. It was quiet and clean but the front desk attendant became quickly overwhelmed by numerous customers so check in was slow. Overall, nice place. The complimentary breakfast smelled wonderful from our rooms but we unfortunately did not make it in time to enjoy.
Great value, tasty breakfast. Free parking provided and received experience passes which gave us great idea on what to do in the city. A few restaurants near by makes it a convenient location. Friendly staff.
Treated me well again at check in with prompt service. The front desk lady was very friendly and easy to deal with. When I needed directions for a good place to eat, she (Ramea or something) was excellent. I have had her at the front desk before, and was by far one of the best.
Have stayed at this location on a monthly regular basis, would never stay anywhere else. Upon arrival a speedy checkin with a warm cheerful smile greeting guest. Has now added a bar b que and picnic table for guests to be more at home and make their own dinner/supper if so desired. All staff from management down, front desk, breakfast staff, housekeeping and maintenance greet guests in a friendly upbeat manner. Have stayed in 5 star hotels throughout Canada and USA and no place has the friendliest staff this location does. You are treated in a cordial manner and not just a number in 5 Star Locations.
Had a two night stay here. I have always found CI staff to be helpful and courteous and certainly that was the case here too. The facility is becoming somewhat tired though and the facility is in dire need of both a reno and a thorough cleaning. From bent towel bars to ill fitting ventilation fans to exposed and rusting toilet bolts to a broken "pop up" bathtub plug that was simply laying on the edge of the tub - I guess you get what you pay for. Cleaning standards were marginal. Dust covered the microwave, dirt caked in the tracks of the sliding exterior door, and a rodent trap was in plain sight in the breakfast area. My room was not made up during my stay. When I asked I was told there was a DND sign on my door. Had gone for a morning run and hung that on the door for about 20 minutes as I showered and changed when I was done. I guess I expected housekeeping to try a bit harder and check back...like I experienced in similar situations in other hotels 2 night stay was $193.48, with taxes and destination marketing fee it totaled $221.20.
Great! Chris was awesome and the lady who checked me in was nice (sorry I forgot the name). My only gripe was that my room was put right next to a pet room that had a dog in it. Around 2am I was woken up by the barking because non-responsible pet owners were absent. Chris swiftly took care of that!
You won't get a lot of bells and whistles here. They don't even have an elevator (a concern if your room is on the second floor and if you have mobility issues, request a first floor room on booking). But they do have vending machines to get munchies. The room itself is clean and simple. Both rooms I used had a pull out couch as well as a bed. Lots of power outlets around to charge your devices (that's a big deal for me). The a/c isn't stellar, causing me to switch rooms. You might have an issue with dead air, but it doesn't get too hot. I'd recommend a small USB fan to help with a bit of air movement, you can get one for cheap at Walmart and they're a must-have for travel IMHO. But the room rate was amazing and I'd stay here again Breakfast is included and features today, fruit, yogurt, cereal, waffles, and sausage/eggs. More than enough for a bite before you start your day.
We booked our room last minute 11pm while on road from N Battleford. Rates where very reasonable, check in a breeze, rooms quiet, clean and comfortable. Free hot breakfast was pretty good 😊, I have had better and lots worse so I'd give it a 8 out of 10. My daughter is gluten free so was disappointed in the lack of gluten free items. Other then that I would highly recommend staying here.
